My 1st time using it & so far its ok. My only problem is that it won't let me put in my height. I put my height & hit save. I go back & it made me an inch shorter than I am which is kinda of annoying. Probably just a glitch tho.

It's a coo workout for beginners, I started with Hard 2 and so far I've been feeling better. It's easier than trying to find exercises online and not knowing how to actually do them.

It looks inviting, seems great for a beginner. But, I notice my calendar times dont Match when I actually start the work outs. Having trouble fixing that. Really strange.

I love this app actually!! But a big negative for me how it sort of ignores where I'm at in terms of fitness level. I'm on easy 1 and it still makes workouts, specifically pushups extremely common. As if they're super easy. I put the option that I can only do 0-5 pushups (I can't do any) and it stills gives me tons of pushups to do even though I can't do any. I wish it ACTUALLY took into account "Hey let's give this guy some inclined pushups instead" or tested to see which type was best for me
