    free It works well all your other workout apps. But the 30 day challenge its not for beginners because it don't gives enough rest for the muscles. However the workout plan works really well and I loved it. It really fitted my level and didn't push my muscles so much that it was to painful to the workout. However to pay for the plan a year at the time is to much money at one time for me. Maybe consider making 3 month plans?

    ios I used this app for a long time and love it. The workouts are great and the video tutorials great as well. I use the free version and have never had a problem with ads, it's how the company makes money and I appreciate that. But, recently, the ads don't give the option to exit and you can't even start the exercise because there is no "X" to click on. This app has become essentially inoperable and I am disappointed. Please fix and I'll gladly change my review to 5⭐

    30 day at home workout challenge This app is great for giving workouts that actually make me feel like I have accomplished something, and, the more I use this app, I'm sure I'll start seeing the difference I want. However, what I don't see, as with all fitness apps or the such, are stretching exercises that are just as important as the exercises. As, most people who use these types of apps don't know about stretching--something not taught in P.E. or otherwise. Please add this to decrease injury risk while using your app.

    What an awesome motivational exercise app! You set the difficulty level and each day the app gives you daily exercises to do. It also has a meal planner in the free version suggesting meals and snacks daily. I've been inactive (230lb), and needed something to get me going again. The only drawback with free version is ads. You can pay for pro if you don't want them. UPDATE: I've completed the first 30 days and I can already feel and see a difference! Can't wait see results in next 30 days.

    A workout I can actually do! I've been really wanting to get into fitness more but honestly have had no idea where to start so I always just end up doing cardio. With this app, you can set your own difficulty level, and since I'm a beginner I picked easy. The workouts are just right for my level! I've been so intimidated to start working out because I know I'm not that strong yet, but this makes me feel confident. The workouts get a little harder every day and it's cool seeing myself improve!

    Honestly, as an athlete sometimes I get board doing the same old light workouts during my break days. I like to stay lightly active on off days, this app helps me do that without overworking my body. On the flip side if I can also use this app for my hardcore days as well; when I run out of ideas to do for myself. I even recommend it to my boyfriend, who has a hard time staying committed to his workouts. He loved it and has been way more committed. It's a great app for all skill levels.

    This app works great. The workouts are straight forward and we'll balanced. I haven't tried the paid service yet. But I really like what I have done so far. The ads aren't too intrusive and don't bother me. They seem pretty well targeted lol. I have been getting some good results and once I do all the challenges I am considering the paid option that makes a special workout plan just for you.

    Been using it for years - it helped me become extremely physically fit a number of years ago as complementary to my martial arts but now I use it to build up, and eventually maintain, a healthy level of fitness as my primary means of exercise. Perfect for isolation and it asks you to gauge the exercise's difficulty at the end and adjusts automatically for the next day, meaning you are never stressed, only stretched! Love it, recommend it 100%

    Really nice app. I have been using it since last 2 weeks and can clearly feel the changes in strength. There're a few things that should be improved with this, there is no exercise which can train your biceps. Yes, a few exercises require biceps muscles as a supporting group but you will never feel the load. Same goes with calves.

    I enjoy the workouts on this app. I understand it is free and ad revenue is neceasary for it to survive but several of the ads get "stuck" with no way to exit out of them. It really ruins the experience. I may try one of the other 30 day apps, which is a shame because this one has, in my opinion, the best interface.

    Only one thing it is not backing up data to cloud, shows error always, sync to google fit is on. Awesome!! I would say being free app and workout schedule it helps to maintain. Very good for managing workout with free sections of focusing on workout type. Being free app it just does way beyond expectations, getting so much and then getting ads is fine. Thank you Team!! Helping great in maintaining my workout schedule in current crucial pandemic.

    It's a great app to start your personal goals, and to begin in the exercise, and it's free. The only thing that I noticed is that if you uninstall the app and reinstall it, it doesn't save your progress, besides that, it's a great app

    It is great it asked you why and personalizes your experience, for the basic plan it is free but they make the personal experiences about $60 per year. Overall it is a really great idea there are different difficulty's for each thing so lets say your doing legs, you can pick between easy 1 or 2 and so on. And you can go back and forth between the trials if you wish. so each has 30 days so one day you can do easy 1 and the next you can do hard 2. Great app works well five stars.

    The app is great. I didn't pay for premium and it's still great. One bug that I found - in Reports section, summary of time spent working out is in hours and minutes. The only problem is that it's not correct. For example my status is 3h231min instead of 231min or 3h51min. Other than that I love the app.

    I have had a personal trainer at the gym for over a year now but with COVID, that hurt our schedule. I've seen this app before but was literally too lazy to try it. My boyfriend and I dif it yesterday and it was great. She talks to you, times you and actually has a good mix of workouts. 10/10 for us!

    This is the best app I've found so far. I haven't used it but a week. My only comment is that degrees of difficulty seem to be somewhat misleading. I'm not a beginner, but my workout plan started with easy exercises. I preferred to skip the plan and am just using the challenges at the hardest level.

    One of the best app for fitness, just continue doing that everyday, get one day off after every 3 days workout, I bet you can loose about 4 kgs in one month. Drink atleast 10 glasses of water, which will help you in losing some weight. Best of luck

    I like that it tries to tailor to your ability but 5 minute workout is way too short. Confusing and annoying ads for the app and/or other apps popping up. Electronically generated narration is the most unpleasant part, I would prefer to hear a human's voice.

    Honestly I love the app it helps keep me motivated and stops me from giving up I've only been using it for about 10 days and in the beginning I couldn't do a push up or even half of one now I can do like 12. HOWEVER the reason I'm giving it only 4 ⭐'s is the voice/sound is HORRIFYING and in the beginning you answer questions to 'build your workout plan' but you can't access the 'workout plan' unless you buy premium 😓🙄

    The exercises are really good and the app works flawlessly, so it gets 4 stars for that. But don't be fooled into thinking "Easy 1" is for someone who's truly starting to work out. I've reached day 13 and I physically can't keep up. Do it at your own pace and it should be very helpful, especially in these times of quarantine.

    I'm in day 10 and it's amazing. It feels like i have a personal coach. It works offline, encouraging words, advises on easier or tougher ways to do a particular exercise. They aren't too many to get one discouraged and I love the increments per day. I didn't know i could do plank or wall sits for 50 minutes. It really builds your endurance. I have to alternate a few exercises because I have a bad back but still get a great workout in!     You guys should have little feedback sections along with the easy to hard section at the end of the workouts. Sometimes the reps are a bit ridiculous and some days are wayyy too easy and it feels pretty random.

    Very effective workouts. I have always exercised through a self made workout so I thought I am pretty fit but it seems that there are some parts of my body that I haven't trained. This app helped me a lot to train those parts with workouts that I never knew existed. When I first used this app, I immediately tried the hard difficulty and i found it very doable which is why I don't really understand what the other reviews are saying wherein they find the workouts difficult.

    I don't know what people are complaining about. I enjoy how challenging it gets after a while! You have to burn and it has to be hard in order to get/see some results! I am not sporty at all, yet I do the hard level. It takes time and effort, and I am super winded and sweaty in the end, but it is all worth it. The only thing is make sure you do things correctly, because my knees are hurting a little, and it is all on me. Stop complaining people. :D use the easy mode of you can't keep up.

    Been using the app for months now. You should improve on: There are a certain exercises which don't fit the progression. Like for abs workout you have 8-9 days of easy and fairly straightforward exercises but then suddenly you introduce some 30-40 reverse crunches (or some more difficult exercises). This should be in a progression. (not straight to 40 from 5-10). "How to do" videos are useless. Bring back the old format with actual people demonstrating the exercises. Consider this please.

    Love this platform! You can choose how many times per week you work out, and what kind of exercise you want to do. It also creates an actual MENU for you for each meal and makes a grocery list for you. It literally couldn't be easier. The 30 day challenge feature motivates me to keep logging on every day.     Honestly, so far this app has been amazing in helping me stay on track. Wish I would of found this sooner. I have not bought any plans on this as of right now so I don't know how that part is. But the reminders to work out have been helpful as I am the one to try and always make excuses not to work out and this takes that away as I have actual time to do the work outs. Give it a try!!!

    I love this app however I feel it would be amazing that if in the next update you could add more exercises to each group for example abs, butt, arms, legs and etc. Like pilates moves or yoga moves or something for working that area it would really optimize the experience also if you could make more hard workout subcategories as I am on hard 2 of the butt challenge and there is no intensity increasing. Other than that thank you for making such an amazing workout app I cant wait to see what's next

    I started with some medium level exercises, it was hard at the time, I barely could do 5 push ups or 20 abs :) After a few days it became easy so I decided to take hard full body workouts. First doing 3 times a week and after a month 6 days a week. Only 2 months after start I have excellent body and that fat on the side of the hips is GONE now! I will continue to workout, still need to finish hard 2 but you really helped me 😉

    No major complaints..Been using the app for 20 days.i was doing the full body on hard-2.only one problem is there are certain exercises that I want to skip like 80 lunges,80 courtesy lunges.these are way too much.but when after the workout I select too hard,it decreases the whole workout significantly.i hope there would be an option to skip some or reduce some particular exercises which you are not able to do for whatever reason it may be without affecting the entire workout.

    Great app - excercises are short but you do feel your muscles working. You can adjust the workout difficulty between easy, medium and hard. They gradually get more difficult with your progress but it's not too bad. You can do all of them in your home with no equipment too which is grear

    It's a great app for a workout plan because it already had set plans for you. You can choose your own difficulty and work your way up if you want. So it's really nice that it gives you that option instead of giving you a difficult workout that might be to hard for beginners.
