Zoomcar has given us a terrible and disappointing experience with the whole booking. The car was not ready on time, were not cleaned and/or sanitised, and had damages that seemed like a safety concern. The whole trip was cancelled despite waiting at the parking lot for one and half hours. The customer service seemed to help, but they never refunded the whole amount and just refunded 10% of the whole amount for an issue that was on their side. Queries raised via email/phone was never addressed.

Apart from the vehicle condition, which was satisfactory, rest of the whole experience is pathetic. Customer service is only "lip service", can't resolve anything. App itself doesn't let you either start or end the trip, keeps crashing. Delivery fleet are just a bunch of losers, don't know anything, they will never pick your phone. Document inspection is biggest joke, the guy didn't even ask for anything, just threw the key and ran off. Easiest part was returning the vehicle, took <30 sec!

I changed my mobile number so I can't login to the app or web either. Can't reset the password either since they are sending 2 OTPs to email and phone. The stupidest thing is, to contact the support team also we have to login and my issue is that I can't login. What a stupid system. I don't know how the rating became 4.6. May be they hired people to write reviews.

Have taken elite membership and there is no confirmation of membership since a week even after following up by multiple emails. It has got a pathetic customer care team. Customer care number doesn't have enough options to raise an issue. For all users/customers, please go through the recent reviews in play store or other websites you will hardly see a positive comment.

Pathetic service ever. For a 6am booking, person calls at 12am and says the car isn't available, u can cancel if u want. They don't care what inconvenience u have to face as long as they get their way. People have no manners to talk to their customers who are paying them for their 3rd grade service. Illiterate, ill-mannered guys working there

It was really a nice experience to get a car from zoom in Chandigarh ,I was hesitating to book as there r mostly negative reviews but I am really satisfied, whole process was easy specially pick & drop facility at my place, although it was delivered late by 1hr, but executives were helpful and car was in averege condition, prices are reasonable, overall it was OK. Thanks Zoom.

Horrible! I had a much better rental experience with both local players & zoomcar's competitors. Please avoid. Opted for pickup and drop - didn't get either and the local coordinator gave some silly excuses. Lost a lot of time waiting for the car to be delivered in their dirty shed! We were asked to deliver the car to the same shed again when it was supposed to be picked up at the airport. The car itself was worse than what was promised. So, it was underwhelming at every stage!

Worst experience from zoom trying to reach the customer care but it doesn't get connected. I have recieved my car full 4 hours late to my delivery location even after making the booking well 3 hrs before, the reason I got from the delivery executive is that they did not recieve the allocation they only came to know after i had called them. Now my question is do I have to return the car at the said time or can I extend my car duration upto four hours if not I want a refund for full 4 hours.

I had the worst experience with zoomcar today. I happened to book the car for 3 days and while trying to unlock the car,it wasn't happening.Had to spend 3 hours to get connected to the Zoomcar customer service.Not to try this again. :( Atleast value peoples time when they come to you for service.

Very shoddy service, as the booked car was not available. Their delivery point DID NOT exist at Bangalore airport but their app directed us to a construction site! Finally a faulty car was delivered 3 hours later, after a lot of heated phone calls with long call-waits, leaving my family and I stranded at the airport for that time in the night. I would not be using Zoom car again in a hurry, and would suggest that others be careful when they book. "Service" is not a concept Zoom car knows.
