Used to be great. When it was focused solely on tracking packages, it was the best app for the job. The app now attempts to be a portal for all things online purchasing (hello massive data collection effort) and it's less helpful than ever before as a result. With this change, the app has lost it's original purpose and is attempting to be a jack of all trades, but ends up a master of none at the end of the day.

  2. guest-avatar

Great way to keep track of package delivery seamlessly in one place. UPDATE: I'm not a fan of the app update after going from ARRIVE to SHOP. You used to be able to edit the package name to something more descriptive, and it would show up on the home page in the list. Now if you edit the name, the home page still shows the generic assigned name, and you have to select each item and go to it's details page to see the edited name.

  3. guest-avatar

Not a fan of the app redesign, it was much better when it was just focused on tracking packages, the new shift to being a shopping app doesn't appeal to me at all. The new design also feels less straight forward when it comes to viewing my package info, previously it was 1 click to get to the info I wanted(i.e. tracking number), now I have to go through additional screens to get to my package details. Also a shame the confetti seems to have been removed, it was a cute touch.

  4. guest-avatar

Once you have added items it does a good job of tracking. I honestly thought this app would pull order information or tracking numbers at the least from my email, but no such luck for me. However, since the quarantine began I have had to order online more than ever before. This is a great app to keep track of every order. Especially most places ship items from your order separately. I have been able to easily keep track of what is to arrive when. I really enjoy this app. Great concept

  5. guest-avatar

The Update RUINED the App! Before the name change (used to be "Arrive") This was an amazing package tracking app. You could pull up emails and manually enter tracking info if the app couldn't locate it, now you can't. The feature I really liked was the visual tracking via the map, however, now it always crashed and it's just a giant black box. Sad to see a once great app be ruined for no reason.

I like arrived app much better. It scans my email and tracks my orders and packages. It even shows a cool map of points where the package has traveled. When it changed to Shop I'm now unable to find a button to pull up original email to find out what is in the order. It also won't let me copy off the screen for the tracking number to search my email so the info just says a package is coming but no real way to tell what the heck is in the package. So not that much help to me anymore.

  7. guest-avatar

This "upgrade" to Arrive is a different service than a simple delivery tracking app. That's fine if the user wants and chooses it. I didn't. All of my information was gathered on Arrive and then sent to a shopping and payment app that happens to track packages. No clear explanation of this was provided when the app asked for what seemed like a simple upgrade consent. It is a breach of privacy.

  8. guest-avatar

The new update is not good. Everything just blends together instead of standing out and you can no longer change the name of a package, so now all my Amazon packages are "1 item." I also miss the ability to swipe a package away on the homescreen instead of having to go into each order to delete it. I use this app to track packages, not go shopping. Arrive was so much better, it's a shame you've killed it. Terrible name choice, too. Incredibly generic and won't stand out.

It works but I LOVED it before, when it was called 'Arrive'. It was easier to mark a delivery as delivered, or archive it just by swiping left or right but they took it away once Arrive became 'Shop'. You now have to open the delivery and click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner to select 'delivered', 'archive'. WHY make something less simple??? I just basically hate it now. I'll give it some time to get used to it, but I may be looking for a new delivery app soon.

  10. guest-avatar

This app would be so much better if you could add other email accounts other than google email accounts. My main email account is a hotmail account wht can't i add that? Why are you so biased and one sided to the fact you can only add a gmail account? It's piss poor if you ask me. Add the option to add any email account and this app would be so much better!

What happened to Arrive? The next day it updated to Shop. It stopped showing the map of my packages' progress. It stop syncing and pulling tracking information from my registered email... I mean really, what happened? I'm entering them manually for now but definitely looking for another app. So disappointed that I happen to get to experience Arrive for such a short period of time and now get this.

  12. guest-avatar

Honestly this app was brilliant when it was Arrive and has me scratching my head as to how someone could f*#k something up this bad when all they had to do was keep it as is... Why did functionality and UI need to change when made Shop? And why rename Shop? I am not shopping on the Shop app... I am tracking when things ARRIVE... Just a bunch of pointless changes that made me go from an app I enjoyed using to losing all respect in one update. Don't fix something if it ain't broke

  13. guest-avatar

The updates are a little delayed from when the tracking update actually happens, but I like how detailed the tracking is. It's great for keeping your package tracking updates from multiple shipping services consolidated on one app. It doesn't find every single package I'm expecting on it's own, but almost all of them. I recommend it.

  14. guest-avatar

I rarely leave reviews, but had to comment that the new "Shop" branded app is a major step backward. Simple features like the ability to view delivery dates in the list of shipments, and rename generic shipments with custom nicknames, are now gone. I have to tap two or three times to get the info that was previously available at a glance. Already on the lookout for an alternative since this no longer meets my needs.

  15. guest-avatar

It doesn't do what it's supposed to. It won't let you add any additional emails. And the one that you do use doesn't work reliably. If you manually enter the tracking, it still doesn't work on the app but we'll work on carrier site when clicked on. This app has potential but needs some major work. As of right now it's completely unusable. Neither Android or iOS supports landscape mode.

  16. guest-avatar

This app wont work unless you connect your email, and requires permission to view and edit emails, manage email labels, and change your settings in your email account. It does not need any of those to actually function which makes me wonder why it "requires" those and what it's trying to see.

  17. guest-avatar

Love tracking my orders all on one app! Its very convenient and the app looks very clean to me. It's not difficult to use. I also like archiving orders as an option vs only deleting. Archives let me see my shopping expenses, while the homepage stays uncluttered. I did like the old name: "Arrive." It was clever and spoke to it being an delivery/order tracker w/shopping. Plus, it comes up early in my alphabetical app list. Calling it "Shop" sounds like its more of an Ebay or Amazon, not clever.

  18. guest-avatar

This app is great at seeing when my orders from Ebay are delivered and it's been my go-to place for tracking orders. My one issue is that ever since the UI got updated to fit with the name change from Arrive to Shop, the map showing the path the package took is much more restricted. Now I'm only able to zoom in and out and unable to move the map in any desired direction. If this gets fixed or reworked back to how it was before I will happily change this from a 4 star into a 5 star.

  19. guest-avatar

Name change and logo ruined what this app was. The reason I got the Arrive app in the first place was because it was unique and easy to find. I am still using it but now it's got the name Shop which literally just blends into everything else for shopping online. Yeah, I get it, now you can shop in the app but Arrive was a much better name and the icon was way more unique and fun to use. Should have just kept it as Arrive or Arrive- (shop). Change it back please! It was so unique!!

  20. guest-avatar

Arrive Version was much better. Did what it said it was - notifying me of package deliveries, and tracking information, and I was able to edit any order with tracking information. I woke up yesterday, and now it's called 'SHOP' - and doesn't allow me to Edit any order information. I definitely won't be "Shopping" via this App., so I'm wondering WHY the App name, and functionality has changed.

  21. guest-avatar

I enjoyed this app until their latest update. It's not much of an "upgrade" if you remove features...such as the ability to view order emails and nicknames. For example, Amazon orders never auto label themselves properly. It's always "1 item" or something similar. The only way I could identify which was which was by viewing the email, checking the order, and setting a nickname. These no longer show up by default. In addition, you can't swipe to archive anymore. Overall, it's a slower process.

  22. guest-avatar

It was better as Arrive. I don't need an app to shop. I need an app to track individual packages. Now it lumps orders together if they've shipped in multiple packages and it's harder to tell shipments apart. Can't swipe to mark things as delivered or archive anymore--you have to open each order and choose options from the menu. Not liking this update.

  23. guest-avatar

I loved using the Arrive app for the first few weeks in April. Arrive changed to the Shop app, and with it came glitches. I have multiple email addresses the I use for personal shopping. The app will not pull from more than one email address. It will only pull from my Google account since I have an Android phone. Even though the in-app settings has availability to enroll more email accounts, Shop continues to only recognize the Google and will not allow the additon other email accounts.

  24. guest-avatar

    Mitchell Scobell

I liked it better as Arrive. I can no longer rename my orders so I have a ton of stuff from Amazon that just says "1 item". Not very helpful. Also I miss the slide to archive feature that no longer exists. Also a bunch of my old archived orders came back so I had to rearchive them all. Usually I like upgrade but this one sort of ruined the things I liked

  25. guest-avatar

    Robert Marshall

Don't like the update for one simple reason as the ability to rename packages on the front page has disappeared. Previously you could rename each package with what it was so when notifications popped up, you would know what was coming after an Amazon spending spree. Now, I have a long list of "1 item" is on the way from Amazon.

  26. guest-avatar

Awful. Absolutely awful. It was so much better as Arrive. Why try to fix something that isnt broken, now it's impossible to organize and search for my current orders without getting jumbled or confused with my orders over the last year. Please, for the love of God go back to Arrive.

  27. guest-avatar

Disappointed in the rebranding/update. Arrive was a great name. Now it's called Shop. I thought I had a virus when I saw the new icon. Can't rename Amazon purchases anymore so they all just say 1 item / Amazon. Can't swipe to archive anymore which was especially annoying since it pulled all kinds of random orders from wayyyyy back. Way. And maybe it's just my general annoyance with the changes but it seems to update tracking info much slower than before. This whole thing is just no bueno 😣

  28. guest-avatar

I absolutely love this app! It was recommended to me and I 100% recommend it to everybody else out there who buys a lot of stuff. I don't have to go through the hassle looking through all my emails and opening a bunch of tabs to track a single order, it's all done in one app and I can track every single order I have! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Edit: Can youse'all'guys change it back to "Arrive"? I kinda liked that name a lot more..😂

  29. guest-avatar

A lot of button pressing to navigate. Over the past few updates, the app has increasingly been slow to update movements in comparison to other apps like FedEx and UPS to the point where the "Mark Delivered" option need to be used hours later if not the next day. What is good is that all my shipments regardless of shipping company usually shows in the one app.

  30. guest-avatar

    brye dascience guy

Good experience but... What heck?! Why did you change your name to shop? Arrive made sense, now your app will pull up a bunch more crappy adds in the search results and I don't need another deal app, it was great as an app that could keep me updated with delivery dates for multiple platforms... I'm assuming you're now using deals to use people's advertisement IDs to help bring in revenue but at an expense to our privacy but would be open to hearing what your reasoning was.

  31. guest-avatar

App worked fine back when it was called Arrive. With this latest update and rename to Shop (good luck finding it in the app store with that name), I've had to mute notifications from it because it's constantly alerting about a new order every 30 seconds or so. It's the same order, over and over and over again.

  32. guest-avatar

New update has some UX growing pains. The map no longer loads on the main screen. Cannot swipe to archive on the main screen. I don't know why it shows the eta in the middle of the (blank) map page instead of next to the status, that just seems counterintuitive. Can't scroll on the map anymore either

  33. guest-avatar

It was a neat little app to track some shipments, when it was Arrive. Now? They say the offset emissions from shipping, but they give very few details. Digging through the app just to see "we protect trees" sounds more like marketing than actual effort. To sum up, neat shipment tracking app turned into unecessary marketing app.

  34. guest-avatar

It was fine with Arrive. Now keeps bouncing me back and forth in a loop when trying to log in not using Google. It keeps sending me to open email and when I click on the confirm email they sent I end up back to the open email step.! Haven't been able to use it and it's very frustrating.

  35. guest-avatar

Shop "Update" REMOVED features. It was much better as Arrive. The interface felt better and more defined. I could set nicknames for tracking which added so much value. Won't be using the app much longer if those features aren't added back.

  36. guest-avatar

I liked the design and UI of Arrive better. The pull down to refresh/ auto add shipment info from emails was simple, and the swipe left/ right for "mark as selivered" and "delete" were fairly intuitive. The name Shop is incredibly generic, and the logo design pales compared to the easy identifiablilty of the Arrive logo.

  37. guest-avatar

I love having all my orders in one place! So easy to understand this app. I get to change the names of my order if I choose. I have also discovered new shops I like by searching, and you can follow shops you already love. Love this app! 💛😁💛

  38. guest-avatar

Three stars because it has potential. This seems to work more with USPS packages. For example not DHL. Because USPS and DHL are partners the updates were coming in later than the notices I was getting from DHL. But it's not a bad app if you are expecting a lot of packages. If not stick.

  39. guest-avatar

This new update has totally ruined the user experience. Removing the ability to swipe to archive an order from the home page was a terrible decision. And now the only option is to delete the order and not archive?!?! Horrible update!

  40. guest-avatar

I loved the Arrive version of this app and gave it 5 stars in my initial review. I loved how it matched each email confirmation of an order with it delivery update. Unfortunately, it no longer does this with this latest update. ☹️ That's why I have downgraded my rating. I sincerely hope this convenient feature will be added back to this app in a future update. SO disappointed... *sigh* 😞

  41. guest-avatar

This app doesn't run properly ever! Stops running or restarts itself as soon as you press get started. The rare chance you get to the next step it'll do the same thing. It will say Shop has stopped working or it needs to be restarted. Don't waist your time with this app, you'd have better luck shoving snapping turtles up your loved ones rectum, shake them up like you were making a margarita, dump them out and let them track your parcels instead.

  42. guest-avatar

    Jonathan Quiroz

Like everyone else, I used this to track packages, edit names to better figure out what was coming versus a number. Overall the app is a lot less efficient and nobody wants this app to Shop with. I dislike what this has become.

  43. guest-avatar

My icon disappeared from the screen. When I tried to reinstall it, Play Store gave me option to OPEN or UNINSTALL. When I opened it, my saved data/ tracking info was still listed so I know the app is on my phone, just don't see the icon anymore. Yes , I did try to restart my phone but icon didn't reappear. Otherwise I like the app.

  44. guest-avatar

I've started using this instead of getting daily text updates form the USPS. It only notifies me of what packages I actually ordered rather than telling me about absolutely everything coming to the house. My notifications are less cluttered now that I'm not being told about subscription boxes I never ordered and don't care about

  45. guest-avatar

Would be 5 stars but sometimes the app doesn't update for when you receive a package and it still says "shipped". It also sometimes duplicates the orders you have. Small complaints but considering that's basically what the app is used for, it gets docked a star. It is fantastic though. I'm incredibly happy I found it.

  46. guest-avatar

Was a big fan of the app until the latest update! They have decided to push their political view upon everybody. And they didn't need to do that they could have simply talk about planting trees which is a good thing planting trees that is but not a good thing to push your political climate change and carbon footprint ideology on everybody. Hopefully they will rethink this and change their approach

  47. guest-avatar

Really good app. I've used it a lot lately with the quarantine. I have family birthdays coming up and online shopping is my only way of getting presents. I'd do 5 stars but the tracking is sometimes slow to tell me when something is delivered.

  48. guest-avatar

Very detailed. ALL information re: your order in one organized place. Thank you so much for this app. Saves me a lot of time filtering through spam for yet another "we're working on it"

  49. guest-avatar

What I liked most about Arrive was its simple interface and easy gestures, now I have options that I don't need and that don't interest me. This is not the same... Bad update for sure.

  50. guest-avatar

I take back everything I wrote about this being the best tracking app, they just updated to "Shop" and now it's just a cluttered piece of mess. Arrive was so minimal and simple. Why upgrade to something that's just worse. It's more of a downgrade than an upgrade.

  51. guest-avatar

Since the update with new branding, my main list of packages does not show the map. It shows an area where the map should be and has a blinking purple location dot, but no map behind it, just gray. Samsung Galaxy S9+ Android 10 Otherwise it's working great.

  52. guest-avatar

    Josh Kowalczewski

Great! There are some bugs but you cant attribute them strictly on the apps fault. What i really like is that they just teamed with a company that will offset the emissions created to enable your package deliveries and to me that freakin SWEEEEEET. Great job guys! I wish you and yours nothing but good health and strength thru this stressful period were all experiencing.

  53. guest-avatar

Its all right. It doesnt get all the tracking numbers sometimes when i have multiple shipments. but ultimately a good idea for an app and runs smoothly besides that one thing. I recommend it if you're a heavy online shopper.

  54. guest-avatar

    Jonathan Brouhard

Overall, great tool to manage all orders in one place. Pretty intuitive. Since they updated recently, the best feature that let you swipe to mark orders delivered or archive them was removed. If that feature was reimplemented would be five stars.

  55. guest-avatar

This app just took a nose dive into the trash can. I can't swipe my tracking numbers to the left or right to change the status of the packages and I can rename the tracking number to what I'm ordering so now I have 5 items being sent to my house and I don't know what they are till I take it from the mailmen. They need to address the concern of everyone to make this work again.

  56. guest-avatar

Shop feels like a step backwards from Arrive in terms of package tracking. Maps don't render on the home screen and archiving an order now takes 3 actions where it used to be a single swipe. Bummer of an update.

  57. guest-avatar

What a!!!! I do a lot of.on and this app tracks all my items for me that i bought on line by.going through my email and it tells me the tracking number and tracks where the package is and when the package has been delivered. And all your package tracking numbets are all in one app. U dont have to go through tons of email to find all that and keep track of it. And the best thing is....its free and done for u.

  58. guest-avatar

    Zachary Presson

I liked it before the update as "Shop." I found the previous format pretty attractive and now the new one is pretty ugly. Definitely a step backwards

  59. guest-avatar

4/28/20 update..STILL LOVE this app! Got a rem about a pkg arriving 2day so I can look for it. I highly rec this app if you order online a lot!! So far I LOVE the ARRIVE APP !! Not only has it been great seeing ALL my online orders in one place, it reminded me of something I ordered over a month ago & have not received yet! Once you give the app the permission needed to do what it does, it automatically adds any new purchase to the list!!

  60. guest-avatar

    Jenna O'Connell

Why did you change the app? The arrive app was awesome. This newly updated shop app took away a bunch of features and the UI is trash. I'm uninstalling and finding a new package tracker. I used this app for package tracking, not shopping. Way to alienate your user base.

  61. guest-avatar

It doesn't update in real time. When I click on my tracking number, it had more updated info than the app gives. 3 stars because it's convenient to have everything in the same place and easy to access

  62. guest-avatar

    Neal Williamson

The app that lost it's way... I don't need another shopping app. This was a very good package tracker, now it's a busy, convoluted and strange shopping app. I know they needed to find a way to monetize this app, but this isn't it.

  63. guest-avatar

Replaced a great app with SHOP. down loaded and the new app CRASHED! Until proven me wrong it is JUNK. Don't know why it was changed unless the intention was to add adverts. Is now accepting my input. Will update my fb as soon as I get deeper into use.

As an Android user since its initial launch day, this is my first app review... I feel compelled to provide a review and if I could give negative stars, I would. I'm not sure I've ever seen a more worthless app for tracking shipments of products. All it does is take up space on my phone and aggregate my own emails. I only downloaded the shop app because I was forced to do so to get a status on my orders. A task which it could not do on its own, across THREE different websites I had outstanding orders with! Being forced to download an app, that provides ZERO value to the customer, unnecessary sours the entire shopping experience. This app is less than an MVP, it is a useless feature without any redeemable utility. As an IT Service Management professional, I find its lack of value deplorable. I would go so far to say that any company that might consider an eCommerce platform that leverages this app, should reconsider it as their solution to perform this function.

Once the app turned into Shop, I was no longer able to link the item to see the photo of the item. All I see are tracking numbers. No help anymore.

  66. guest-avatar

So, I used this when it was Arrive and it was great. Now that it's Shop, features have been removed, such as changing the name of an order. Help and Suggestions do NOT work, it's just a bot. Unsatisfactory

I liked the "Arrive" set up better than the new "Shop" setup because with the new setup you cannot move the map as well as you could before. If they fixed the map problem then it would be a five star app!

This app really sucks now. Can't even zoom in or out on the map to see where my packages are located. This new update is not helpful at all. Need the old version back ASAP!

Good app to keep track of items being delivered. Some emails will take a little bit of time to be added but I generally see them added within 24 hours so not a big problem for me since I never choose the 1 day delivery option

  70. guest-avatar

Doesnt really keep up to date tracking, ur better of just relying on emails and junk when ur order is gonna arrive, but this app is kind of cool that it keeps up with all my orders. It would be nice if it told me what was in the orders, but that's a whole nother app. If the delayed response time do departs and intakes was a lil better, I would def recommend, just a few more bugs but its gettin there

I loved this app until today... I keep getting multiple notifications about the same order (at least 20 since I placed the order about an hour ago) and nothing about the order has changed....I love this app and how convenient it is.... Please fix it asap!

  72. guest-avatar

It's good. But there's delay in updating package information, and I liked the ability to move around the map and see where the package has been.

4/28/2020 so this app Arrive was rebranded to Shop... with links to products and shopping recommendations. Umm...I just want to track my packages sir. 3 star | This app delivers 🙂. Does exactly what it says without interruption. I love it.

  74. guest-avatar

I have used Arrive for quite sometimes now and was very happy but since the Shop acquisition I can clearly see that deliveries aren't updated shows shipments as "In transit" that I received 2 or 3 weeks ... So definitely not accurate at all.

This started as Arrive, an app for tracking deliveries from multiple sources. It has evolved nicely over the past several updates and is a great resource for tracking deliveries from emails in my inbox.

Ruined a perfectly fine app. It worked great. Easy to delete delivered packages in a swipe, now you have to do too much extra to do the things that already worked correctly. Also added shipments from last year. Bad update. Shop is trash arrive was awesome.

I use to live this app, now it didn't do anything. No automatic updates on new packages and it doesn't even see a package until after it's been delivered.

Latest update is a fail. It was good at tracking orders, pulling tracking info from emails but that has stopped with its new "Shop". It was extremely better as "Arrive"

  79. guest-avatar

Basically I keep clicking the link in my mail app and it keeps opening my browser to confirm my email, but the app doesn't recognize that the email address has been confirmed and allow me through to the next stage of the sign up process.

  80. guest-avatar

The new update is terrible. I can't rename packages and cannot easily swipe to archive. Very uneasy on the eyes and organization is gone. Bring back the old one!

  81. guest-avatar

The app dosent update tracking information very well Aus post tells me my package is arriving (in South Australia) yet arrive says it's still in sydney. Not very accurate tracking will persist with it and see if it gets any better but right now it's not looking too good 😕

  82. guest-avatar

I had to delete some apps to make room for this one. It didn't tell me where my package is, only that I ordered it, which I already knew from my email. Asking the question where is my package, only understands "I can show your order if you don't see it." Nothing of a tracking system seems to exist, the only reason I downloaded it.

  83. guest-avatar

I updated the app from Arrive to Shop. It added orders from 2018 forward. In NO particular order. I'd like the newest at the top. And there's NO option to put them in any order. Otherwise, it's good.

  84. guest-avatar

Want to give this 5 stars, especially bc they do carbon offsetting. The order of my purchases doesn't seem to make any sense. Stuff I ordered a year ago shows up in my list before stuff I ordered 2 weeks ago. Sometimes the interface is a bit confusing as well, I'll have tracking numbers that aren't clearly attached to an order. Fix those things and this would be a 5 star app/service.

Can't change email address, even when I confirm though the link in my email for the correct address, it will not update. Also it wants access to stuff it does not need from an app.

  86. guest-avatar

I don't like this new update. I have a harder time tracking deliveries, and now I can't archive old deliveries. They're all just sitting there on the home page, cluttering everything up.

  87. guest-avatar

Liked it when it was arrive, not shop. Dunno why they needed to change everything. Plus the new name doesnt even fit the app. You dont shop with this app, you track orders. Arrive makes far more sense.

  88. guest-avatar

Awesome app. I know when my packages are shipped when they will, and when they do arrive. You can also see the tracking of items. Love it

  89. guest-avatar

There is no reason to download this app, it provides no information beyond the shipping information you already receive from a retailer. As of the latest update it no longer even tells you the contents of your packages, making it pointless to be notified of their progress if you have more than one in transit.

NOT WHAT IT SEEMS. I downloaded this for legal reasons, to track and find where my order was at. The package is 3 days late and I'm getting irritated. This app advertises itself as being able to track the order. It did no such thing. Now it has access to my email and should be taken down for scam and/or fraud. Do not use this app. Now I have to find a different way of getting to my package.

  91. guest-avatar

Loved this app when it focused more on tracking what I shopped for, home page had maps tracking was usually accurate and on time but now it feels more like a third party "shop"ing app

  92. guest-avatar

The new update (4/20/2020) removed the ability to archive an order by swiping right. Now you are forced to click each individual order, and then click to archive order.

  93. guest-avatar

If you sign in and manage your account with Gmail it's a tremendous pain adding another email address to the account. Not sure its worth the hassle.

  94. guest-avatar

It grabs package info from my email but it hasn't a clue what a package is. I'm sticking with ParcelTrack. It's more manual, but when I have multiple Amazon packages coming it's easier to tell what's what.

  95. guest-avatar

I've been using Shop (formerly Arrive) for almost a year now. I don't do a lot of online ordering but this app is great for tracking. Keeps me up to date on all my packages and very easy to use.

  96. guest-avatar

5 start app before renaming. Archiving offers is harder. Have to go into every single order. New name is stupid.

  97. guest-avatar

Missing some basic functionality, like scanning barcodes. In fact this is the only package tracking app I've seen that doesn't scan barcodes. Also, when you add a tracking number for some reason it doesn't immediately grab the tracking details. It has so much potential and probably the nicest looking package tracking app on Android. Sadly no one on Android makes a good competitor to Deliveries for iOS.

Awesome app. It works great and is very helpful. I've never had any problems with this app. I'm very greatful to have an app that notifies me when my shipments are in transit and delivered. I'd give it 5 stars, but it doesn't track shipments from fashionNova that uses Whistl for their shipping service. Other then that, great app.

  99. guest-avatar

The functionality was better before. I don't like that you can't move the map back and forth when you zoom in, and I don't like that you can't slide to archive anymore.

  100. guest-avatar

Big step backwards with latest refresh. Lost delivery names I had edited and I don't know what each one was. Back to manual tracking to understand what each package is :-(.
