The app is very easy to understand if you understand how the thermostat works. The interface is very attractive. The only problem I had was Initially connecting my home wifi network. I believe this will be very difficult for people without some understanding of their network and how it works. Once connected, it easily reconnects both in my home and from large distances away. I am using a Samsung Galaxy A20 with Android 11.

**UPDATE: 2 years later, these issues have still not been resolved. This app is incredibly unreliable & constantly goes down for days/weeks at a times. I would use any other app if I had a choice.** While this app is very helpful (when working properly), it isn't extremely reliable. The app has crashed or stalled for extended periods of time at least 5 times in the 3 weeks I've been using it. Uninstalling/re-installing doesnt do any good...just have to wait for the app to come back online.

Easy to use, can easily change or override thermostat settings from PC, tablets or handheld devices. Outside temperature and five day local forecast is great. Alert notifications capabilities good feature. With energy prices rising, the money saved by using a setback thermostat will pay for itself in first couple of months!

So far so good, seems to work very well... But have only had it for a couple of days, so can't accurately judge it. It is clean looking and easy to use. I can vouch for it's claim that it works from anywhere, as I had my daughter, in Philadelphia, use the app to control my furnace... It worked perfectly.

Good enough. It has given me no issues in setting and keeping the temperature. I just wish it had a setting option to automatically switch from cool to heat schedules or a setting for me to schedule a switch. I need ac in the day, heat at night and would love to have an option to switch between them automatically.

So far (I've had it just over 18 months), it does just what I want it to do. It's saved me a number of times from having to manually press a button on the thermostat to change the temp setting. It has maintained the desired temperature since I've had it, without a problem (even after power outages). It gives me peace of mind when I'm not there to manually control the temperature.

It took a call into Honeywell to complete the set up, however the customer service rep at Honeywell was extremely patient, very helpful, and a pleasure to work with, for which I am very appreciative. The app and the thermostat work very well together and being able to check the temperature while away from home is a great feature.

Clean app UX, however this is missing some key features that would be useful, including the ability to remotely set the thermostat to vacation mode, and set as many temperature set points throughout the day, not just the four "wake, leave, return, sleep" set points.

Very easy to access and use. Have only had one problem with contacting the unit. This was quite hard to troubleshoot with the instructions available. I do like the notification part though as when I was out of the country saw that my son and his girlfriend had turned the temperature way up and I was able to contact them and find out what was going on.

Works good enough. But it would be nice to be able to adjust the fan speed from the app as well as filter change reminders. The only actual bug or problem with the app is that it will not go to portrait mode it is always landscape.
