This app is frustrating. By the time I get it to open I could have set from inside, go out to my car make a few calls and leave my house and get to highway before it opens. This is not all the time but often enough. Sometimes it will open and state there's an error and shut down. Then I log back in and the alarm was set. I'm going to start using the remote instead. I don't use it now because I can't hear if the remote actually set the alarm from my driveway.

Yep, it works, but could be so much better. Easily change icon position in the app? Custom pictures for icons? Performance improvements for when commands are sent to when they execute client side? I could go on and on but the Honeywell/Resideo developers appear to a) not listen to feedback b) don't make improvements based on solid customer feedback c) be non existent. Yet, appearances can be deceiving 🤔 So Honeywell devs, PULEASE contact me for feedback. I have reached out a bunch.. nada

This mobile app is complete garbage. I spend the better part of 10 minutes in the morning refreshing and refreshing this app to get my system to arm. It is making a very reliable alarm system look really bad. I have contacted my security professional and he assures me that they're working on it. I'm about ready to pull the whole system out.

App was working fine, a bit slow, but working. Recently my ZWSTAT will no longer respond on the app. I can control it fine from my tuxedo touch keypad so I know the z wave is working. Please fix the app so I can control all devices.

This app is without a doubt the WORST app that I have EVER had the displeasure of having to use!!! It works less than HALF of the time!!! AND has a super annoying pop-up that wants me to "rate" this app every few days!! I would give this Brinks TotalConnect2 app a NEGATIVE 10 stars if it were possible!!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR BRINGS!!! You will get stuck using this garbage.

Used to work reliably, albeit a little slow sometimes. Now it throws out errors constantly when trying to arm or disarm. It is faster, so that's something, but that broke other functionality.

Does not work properly and takes multiple attempts to arm\disarm. I spend most of the time refreshing the panel and I have a 2gb up and down connection. Wall keypad is also slow and unintuitive. Avoid using this panel as it's not very fast and buggy.

It's GARBAGE slow response, losses connection to devices when you really need it. I have this for more then 10 months and I am not satisfied. FIX IT PLEASE.

Mediocre, slow sign in and many times no sign in! Again and again a massive pain in the rear. I need to access this away and it will not allow me to access it away I don't know if it's set or not set.
