I have to say that Zip's design is just better than Afterpay, providing you with options to split payments the way you want. Looks better. However, if Zip really wants to be a leader in digital wallet, this app still needs to improve and include more features. Learn from Alipay and WeChat pay.

I like Zip Pay, but the app has had a redesign and is a lot less user friendly now. It's slow and laggy. I just paid a bill and some of the buttons were covered by a menu at the bottom. I could only just get to the proceed button by tapping a tiny area of it that wasn't obstructed. The app looked nicer before the redesign too. A great example of change for the sake of change being unnecessary and making things harder.

ZipPay and ZipMoney are both really good and reliable, I've been happily using both for a while now. They have allowed me greater financial freedom, and I have purchased everything from baby items to gift cards, online purchases and groceries. Every time I've used either Zip, both purchases and payments, even the odd refund, have all been a complete breeze. Theres no charge for extra repayments either! Plus the customer support personnel are fast, efficient and extremely helpful when needed :-)

I love this app, but I am so upset. I figured I'd knock off 2 birds with one stone this month and pay my last $80 on my zip and pay my car registration from with bpay on zip. But it turns out, you won't pay expired rego. Why? Why the hell not? I am both LIVID and extremely upset now. I cannot drive my car!! I can pay a late rego via bpay alone, but now I don't have the f@€king money because I gave it to you!!

You're app is complicated, yes it cheaper,but afterpay is much simpler and more legit, most things that cheap are rubbish, zip pay needs to have a look at after pay, honestly you give people more time, but you rip them off with the monthly account payment, i highly recommend afterpay and they're not going to pay me nor give me a discount for this, but when credit is due you got to give it. I like you guys, but you guys are complicated Peace ☮️

Honestly a good affordable service, app is straight forward and easy to use. Application process was easy. Very handy when income has been less consistent. Tech support was a little average when there was an issue on their end.

It was a good app my my tap and pay wouldn't work at all, yet it works with other cards, so it was a ZIP issue. I contacted support and they treated me like I'm an idiot. After going back and forwards for a few weeks with no solution I told them that I would prefer to use step pay as it works. They didn't bother to contact me back. This problem also occured with other friends of mine and we all are no longer using this and have branched out to other buy now pay later apps.

Horrible did not miss one payment and they put my account on hold would not give me a reason as to why it was on hold then told me when it all payed back I'd be able to use my account again so paid it back way earlier that what was required and my account is still locked called up asked again why just got told it's staying locked but again could not give me a reason as to why very unhappy with their customer service and very unhappy with fact I did nothing wrong yet get locked out my account.

The new app is difficult and convoluted to use. The old app was easy and transparent with your account - simple to use and see what you need to. I'll be paying out what i owe and never using again
