I am disappointed with the app....the credit limit cannot be used to pay on local shops using scan UPI ??? If that option is made available by the Simpl Pay Later then it wil help .... Many people so much

Awesome way to give people some room by financial help.... But it would be better if you could increase the lending period from 15 days to 30 or 45 days.... Good luck for a better business....

Unclear t&c which lead to customer dissatisfaction Support responds in good enough time but they have no logical response to clear customer's queries Apart from the fact that instead of trying to understand their mistake and shortcoming, they end up forcing illogical and incoherent understanding of theirs upon the end user. Have revised my earlier 1 star rating to 3 now after continuing to use for several months. took time bt their service has surely improved upgrading now to 4 Downgrading again

Ridiculous aap, first they will give you limit of 4.5 k then even if u have never used simpl, you wont be able to transact and they will tell our team has blocked your account without giving any reason.. waste of time... Waste of hopes .. please don't install

I never ever say like these app giving credit previous every 15 days once payment.depends in usage they will give weekend offers. Continue using app proper paid payment they wil increase credit limit. I'll use only for foods puropse only.

After login I get 2600 limit, but I'm used 498 rupees with zomato order, next doesn't working on zomato app when I'm trying to place a order with using simple pay. Waste of time.

Late fee has been charged on my account even after completing payment on time. There's no way to connect with customer care because you can only talk to an Ai.
