The app worked when first downloaded. When I tried to log in for a second time it just stayed in a loading screen. So I deleted it and did another download and it worked, it loaded the shopping screen and I was able to go to my account and view my payments and cards and all that info and log out. The next day when I opened the app, same thing happened. It stays stuck like its loading but never does. I dont know if it's my phone or the app. But this is the only app that fails.

I love this app!! One of the best things about this is that they allow you to get what you NEED right then & there, while you only pay a fraction (if that) every 2 weeks. You ARE ALLOWED TO CHANGE THE PAYMENT DATE IF NEEDED!! THEY UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS HAPPEN-LIFE HAPPENS & things don't ALWAYS Work out however you planned!!! NOW If you change the payment date again though you do have to pay a rescheduled fee which is like 10$. Highly recommended!❣❣ It has saved me in SOOO many ways!!!

Loved this app up until I wasn't able to use it anymore. When I check out it says my card information is incorrect even though its not. I had no problems up until they changed the initial payment method to card only. I've never deducted in any payments and I haven't been able to use it since the beginning of September

Absolute GARBAGE, just like their idiots in customer service. Target employees have no knowledge of this 'partnered' app and cannot help with checkout in the store. Most to all transactions are denied by SEZZLE anyway at checkout so go with Klarma. SEZZLE customer service lies about every single issue. They respond here like "we've reviewed your account" and "you did something wrong at checkout" but there's no way they can possibly know you from just the name attached to these reviews 🤣 idiots!

Everything was going well then they canceled my account. I made over 20 orders paid all off on time or early. Can't reach anyone to understand why it was closed. I have been promoting this business for months people didn't even know they existed and they close my account? Going back to quadpay/zip.

No complaints thus far. I returned a Bluetooth speaker I purchased at Target in exchange for a new Xbox series S and there was no issues. They transferred the amount I paid for the speaker to the Xbox payment and that was it. Very simple.
