I was using this app for the first time and saw that the app is not at all user friendly. One of the worst app i have ever used. Whenever I searched for any bus between two locations it shows error "There were some issues.". If there are some issues then why the hell is this app even in market without proper check on whether it is working as expected or not. Even there is No Proper From Cities and To Cities option available while searching. Options to selects are only for few major Cities.

The worst bus service I ever seen in my journey.... I booked ticket to gulbarga of bus no KA25C7829... They haven't called me and left the stand.. And I started to run behind the bus . My friends inside the bus they requested to stop the bus.. Iam just 50 mtr away from the bus even they haven't try to stop the bus... And staff driver and helper also haven't behaved well with us... I suggest srs is a good bus and they proving very good service they won't leave bus without taking all the passenger... Don't go for this bus even shakunthala dhurgamba sugama all are really good compare to this vrl... Worst worst service...
