    Ive had enough, without fail once a week the app asks me to verify my number. This is a basic problem but also very irritating. UPDATE: 3 years and still not fixed, in fact its gotten worse.

    Finally got my Vodacom contract, but now the App keeps on saying Oops Oops Oops. Nothing else just Oops Oops at every login attempt. I do get my OTP, but then... Oops Oops!!? PLEASE FIX VODACOM! // Update // Fixed it myself!! Via your online website. Took an hour. Your App support email you send below gave me a generic FAQ copy paste reply. Useless!!

    A total disappointment - the "bank your bucks" button is often simply not there, and making any kind of purchase using my registered bank card is nothing but a nightmare - as soon as I've approved the transaction via my banking app, the My Vodacom App just "hangs" forever and tells me not to exit or hit the "back" button, but fails to inform me of what is going on...only when I DO hit "back" do I receive a message from Vodacom about there being technical difficulties. A horrible experience.

    Over the last month Vodacom has been swiping my data left right and center. I bought a Social ticket, Whatsapp ticket and Anytime Data. But Vodacom takes data from wherever it wants and when the Anytime Data is used up 1st then the Social ticket doesn't work. I've phone in and complained about this problem but to no avail. During the July looting period when I was on all Social Platforms I barely used a fraction of the amount of data Vodacom has taken within the last month. 😒

    Hello. I've been a loyal customer ever since... Vodacom has been my first ever mobile network I've choose till now. I used to get the best data deals on Vodacom. Now there is nothing!!! And the data that is available for purchase is not so cheap no more. I don't know why is it like this, but I've got a very good feeling that me and a couple of people I know are about to to leave Vodacom and join Telkom. Unless you can provide me with a good reason not go to another provider...

    Error message: There is no Vodacom Fibre account associated with the SAID. Please check the number and try again. Called and it was said it was just that day, but weeks later and still the same error. Was then told to update the app but that's always upto date. Can't manage my fiber and your call center agents ask too many irrelevant questions instead of providing a solution. They're always clueless. Happy that my contract is coming to an end.

    It's chilled but sometimes it just stops on its own 😞 while I am still still purchasing ... but Other than that itsa cool app 🤙. It makes things easier 😌, like when banking your Vodabucks it's just a button away and you can look for offers than suit your needs very quickly 😁 unlike when you use the Srd thingy😣😣 it takes forever 😖😩😤 and you end up purchasing any deal 😟 cause you just want to do your thing 😞 but the App 😁 number one! iskhokho! Its actually "THE DOG OF THE GAME" 🐒🤩
