Positives: You can make ur own hours. You are able to see the payout for each order. Google maps is pretty accurate. Negatives: Customer service is horrible!!! First, the number to call is not easy to find, and then, the hold time could be 10+ minutes. So, if you have an issue with an order, you need to speak with CS; might as well forget it because by time you get through, it's too late. your delivery time gets a lower %. can't figure out how each delivery is paid.

The app isn't very good, crashes often, doesn't notify you when you get orders when the app is opened, only when it is closed. I've missed many orders because it doesn't buzz like it should while the app is opened, and even more due to the built in navigation causing the same bug. I've lost money due to these glitches. Wish there were a way to opt out of walmart/grocery orders too.

Inefficient: this app needs an option easily available allowing the driver to verify arrival the store and the final destination instead of relying solely on the GPS location. I had to drive around the block then take a lap around the McDonald's after picking up the order to get the final delivery location. After the order was dropped off I had to drive around the neighborhood and walk around in circles to complete the order.

This app is extremely useful but here are some of my problems: It does crash and experience outages. This has happened to me while on a dash. The app tries to leave Dashes open that have already ended, or end dashes that are meant to continue. It will not let me take new orders after requiring me to deliver outside of my "starting zone. Special pay offers disappear randomly. My "on time" percentage has been lowered several times for merchant wait. I hope someone is working to fix these issues.

This app crashed on me and I did not have the customer's contact info. After several attempts I got the address. So glad customer was patient. I lost a whole night of work and not sure if I even got paid for the order. Very bad experience!!

Rating again and giving it one star this time, because I had to actually uninstall and then reinstall the app just to get it to work. Crashed while I was in the middle of a dash, tried troubleshooting (close, reopen, restart phone, disconnect/reconnect from wifi), nothing worked. Called tech support, unable to do anything for me, other than unassign the order I had so that it wouldn't just be sitting. Your app is garbage! 🙃🙃🙃

Three days ago app unlinked my red card on its own, I have zero access to the platform now. When I call in it is a complete waste of time, they say there is no problem and I can dash, clearly I can not, and I can't even order another red cards. Customer service rep has zero clue how to help me just the same old generic script read answers. ( These answers are so predictable I can recite them with my eyes closed. We are so sorry for your inconvenience we know how frustrating this is .......

This is the most aggravating app I've ever had the displeasure of using. It frequently crashes, does not allow you to upload photos, does not allow you to mark yourself as at a store, or mark pickup of stacked orders. It seems to have an issue sending the correct address to Google maps. This is not the bash DoorDash. I would love for this to be fixed. But this app has serious problems.

I dashed some last night. The system gave me an order, I clicked accept about 10 seconds in (gives 60 to 90 seconds to make decision). The icon popped up in top corner. I started driving and just as I got on the Interstate I rec'd a message I took too long - sent to another driver. I was mad because I was only 1 exit down from Logans!!! That incident happened twice last night 😠. Then my acceptance rate goes down. 😒

I've been a dasher for over a year. It was great at first bit now the app is always crashing, always sounding the alert that I have a delivery, but won't show or give the option to accept, pauses orders when I refuse to drive across town for $2.50, and I just LOVE it when it completely signs me out mid dash while I'm driving, so I have to pull over and type my login information. Also, STOP HIDING THE FULL PAY AMOUNT, my time is valuable.
