Very easy to filter and find what exactly you're looking for. The great part is they don't have a time on returns long as your shoes are in good condition. If you're anything like me I order shoes and get to them whenever. That's very convenient considering. No complaints!

Great for shoes, terrible for clothes. No kid's clothes size charts or consistency in sizing. Filtering experience is poor. Scrolling down the page you see many duplicate products. Expect more from Zappos.
