Terrible description of the subscriptions. It claims to have a day ticket fee of 1.65€, when it turns out that you pay that as a fixed amount PLUS extra money per half an hour! Not recommended at all

Save yourself the hassle and don't bother downloading this app. The bike themselves are fine but the app is in a state of constant crisis leaving you unable to take out a bike from the station. I have uninstalled the app and redownloaded it several times and tried all sort of fixes but to no avail. An absolute shambles for which I will be looking for my subscription money back.

Totally impossible to create an account, after half an hour of server errors you manage to get an uncharged so totally useless ebike, and then it starts charging your card for no reason. Impossible to get your profile deleted. Avoid this scam.

Lots of problems with this. Biggest one - can't report faults with bikes. So many Villo bikes have problems, or are stuck in stands and can't be released. Many are dangerous to ride. Other problems No way to reliably contact Villo. Used to be a way to contact in-app. Now appears to have gone and replaced by email address. Emailed over a week ago and no response. Cannot see how you can rate a bike on Android Version - frustrating.

Pretty cool ! A few glitches here and there but it works. The bike unlocking via smartphone works pretty well most of the time, but you will still need your mobib card from time to time ! Some bikes cannot be unlocked via phone, but can be unlocked via card, and some others can ONLY be unlocked via phone. Go figure... Also, a suggestion : put a visual indication of how long the last rating on each bike was given.

Put one star because I couldn't put less... sorry but this app is the opposit of ergonomic. I faced many many lags to put my card in, the app also takes time to update the number of free parking spots wich led to difficulties. Overall I believe this app really needs an update and simplification. It's not intuitive at all.

Very poor app. Worked well until the end of Sep 19. Now gives error messages and does not work. I'm sure it's a simple bug fix, however no one appears bothered to fix the bug. Customer service is slow, generic and inaccurate. This app is doing a great job destroying the Villo brand name, which is suprising considering JC Devereux is behind this project.

The app was very good, until a few months ago I stopped being able to release villo though the app! I have an active annual subscription yet I cannot use it. What is wrong? When I try to release a villo, i always get the same message "oops an error occurred". Please fix as I would really like to use my annual subscription....!

The app charged me three times for one day. The app doesn't instruct how to take the bike and return it properly. Gestures are not logical. It crashed a lot. And when I used it multiple bikes got stuck at the station.
