Thus far my views on this game are meek when compared to my expectations. The Gameplay is jagged, there's seemingly no fluidity in both the controls and main menu transitions, and overall it's not a fun experience. However, I'm giving it 3 stars simply because I have hopes for it. The game is relatively new and I'm more than willing to look past this, but only if it'll get better. Here's to the future.

I've read every review. I agree with every criticism... I can't tell if I'm hiding in the bushes or not. Latency issues make waiting times unbearable. Controls are clunky. Needs a lot of work to be better than BrawlStars. I waited a long time for this game. Never saw Catalyst Black finished, but what I saw of its developement was better than this, released. This game is one of the reasons I'm giving up on gaming as a whole. Thank you for reminding me of what's actually important in my life. Fam

Game's not bad. Has lots of potential to go somewhere. But that's all it has, untapped potential, there's small bugs in which you sometimes lose sound for no reason, disconnect for no reason or maybe have your joystick fail on you. The animations could be massively sped up, what I mean is for the chest or item animations to be sped up. They're slow, laggy and clunky. When you claim rewards it also appears as unclaimed if you don't refresh the page. I've played vainglory, so I hope you do it well

I'm not giving this game a 5 star for the state it is now but for the state I feel it would become. Like the other reviews there are some bugs but these will be fixed over time. The game is new and it has a small dev team so it won't be perfect at launch. It does have similarities to Brawl stars but it has a vainglory twist and it's own uniqueness about it. I think it has potential so I can't wait to see how it is in a year from now. Btw I rlly like the music in game, makes an intense battle fun

I'm writing this as a huge fan of the old vainglory, I'm playing allstats just for the characters. That said, the game is very very unpolished, the menus feel rough and unsatisfying to navigate, some animations will fix that no prob. Gameplaywise, it's clearly unfinished, controls are slow and don't respond well, and hitboxes feel off. Also, I found a bug in the last man standing mode, if last 2 plyrs die at the same time the game crashes SS:shorturl.at/yFHQ0 I have hopes for the game <3

This is not well executed. The game is a beautiful idea having brawl stars like game play with it's vainglory take and unique abilities, but it's a bad execution, you can disregard how clustered the game are and it's somewhat laggy server, but it just feels like an unfinished pice of art. The texture can be cleaner, the gameplay can play better, but the game just feels rushed, even the app has trouble running if too many icons are tapped quickly. It's not bad, but it can be better.

This game is a poor mockery of the game the characters are based on. Love seeing the roster as it fills me with nostalgia for the best moba that was created. But that's the the only thing the 3 stars are riding on. The controls are clunky, attacks don't always work as described, quick attacks don't target anything other than other heroes (making some heroes almost useless in objective based modes). You're better off playing brawlstars

Runs fine so far for me, but the maps are extremely bland and there's no way to change what mode you're playing. The models for characters range from okay, like Adialgo and Gwen, to terrible looking, like skaarf. Unfortunately needs more time before it gets better, really disappointing to see one of my favorite online games become a 3/5.

Nothing like vainglory but doesn't claim to be.. aside from the heroes and some skills associated with those heroes, this game is all about collection of heroes (cards you unlock) to play a match which lasts under 2 minutes and costs energy to play each round which really means: no energy = no more game time unless you pay. I've had it installed for 2 hrs and gave it an honest try. Stick to your other games, this game just makes a mockery of the glory Vainglory once held. Devs, kill this style.

It pains me to even give one star on this poor-excuse-for-a-game that grossly disrespects the original in it's entirety. This is a slap in the face to the loyal players who so loved what Vainglory was. The graphics are straight vomit and a Fortnite knock off, the game play is agonizingly basic. There seems to be no genuine thought put into the character development, nor their abilities. We are all horribly disappointed in the complete lack of acknowledgement of your short comings.
