This app taught me everything about share market. It's easy to understand, easy to use. I've learnt so many things tbh. But recently it's getting on my nerves because of delay in cdsl tpn process. Like every morning if I want to sell/buy something at a particular price it shows "webpage not available" after clicking on "continue to cdsl". This has been happening like every morning from past few days. So Please do something about this before I switch to other app🙏

As of 14 Oct 2021. It is a simple and fast app. I have been using it for last 2 years. Upstox team has added various new options/functionalities to make the app more and more useful. I would rate it as 5 except for the fact that they still cannot calculate and uodate the correct buying price when there is a demerger of any stock . The user has to keep track of change in price offline in an excel file. In such cases, checking the P&L is problematic. Hope they work on that part asap.

Esign with addhar OTP is not working from 28/10 and they don't have time to fix the bug in the app .I contacted several time and they were just like we will fix it . 9 days passed out and not still solved . What they think about customer I don't know . You should solve the problem as soon as possible . If you behave the same with customer you can't become the top broker

This app really sucks..the UI is very pathetic (might have noob developers) that even for educated person like me is difficult to understand then what about people with less knowledge..I give kudos to groww app for its good UI..the chat support is of no use, no section to find top gainers , top loosers, no comparison page..upstox is useless app..guys go for groww app(better for beginners & advanced users) Also don't fall for positive reviews it's all posted by upstox employees & their sponsor

I am very disappointed with this app. I have been trying to create new account from last 7 days , but after entering adhaar it's just processing and processing...your customer service called and said that server's were down(3 days ago)...but issue is still same. If problem is not being solved in 2days, I will switch to another good one. If you have a lot traffic then please make sure of maintaining servers and help me out soon.

I am very disappointed thru this app. When I am entering all the details like my moblie number and bank details it showing me that it's already registered with upstox. Even I try to change my reset password it's showing me error message that this mobile and email address is not registered with us. But actually daily updated upstox leads are coming to my junk mail.

I started my trading journey with this app and it gave me very bad experience as application is getting stuck everytime I try to open an account. Sometimes it works for few seconds and I complete some steps and then it gets stuck again. My Esign is still pending. I have paid INR 295 for account opening so I am not willing to switch broker now.

I was having good experience till now, somehow it shows zero balance in my upstox account!! I strongly remember I had 25000 around funds!!! KINDLY HELP AND MAKE PROMPT ACTIONS Edit: my problem was solved BUT AGAIN I'm facing the same problem!! It shows half the amount which I had in my UPSTOX account. it's been a whole day that I waited. NEED URGENT GUIDANCE
Future vision
Need to increase flexibility of the app, speed is low, sometimes it takes much time to open, if your doing it again and again it lags, the app goes slow down so if you are intraday trader then go with zerodha because i never face this prblm in zerodha here you can loss much more... And if you're trader then i must suggest don't open account in upstox i place a limit order and it's automatically by at market price i suffer too much loss because of this Don't open account too much hidden charges

I think the interface is not much friendly like 5paisa also 5paisa provide ledger segment where you can see your transaction and find how much money has been credited or debited from your Account and you can get an idea of how much they charging and what for they charging.Upstox does not have such segment they only have withdrawl and fund added segment.If they charge anything we will not be able to find what are they for. In short ,we can't see our transaction history in this app like 5 paisa😔
