This app is GARBAGE. Always crashes, locks me out ALL THE TIME. Hell the bank itself locks my debit card what seems like every two weeks, and ALWAYS on a Friday at 4pm so I can't call and get the issue resolved, thus leaving me without access to my account the entire weekend.

I like the ease and convenience of the app. Although I do not like that it constantly tells me my password is wrong when I know it's not. I cannot tell you how many times in the last two months I've had to change my password cuz this darn thing locked it up all the time. I realize that you have to have security but it is a little overdone when you have to log in and then you have to answer security questions. Also it should have biometric capability, that would be super convenient.

Had to change my password, changed my password twice within the app, used my phone to do so and my new password wouldn't work. It makes no sense to have an app that doesn't allow you to log in after changing your password. This happened twice, they really need to fix this problem!

August 2020 update is awful! It looks like a very old app. Very vanilla and doesn't display half of what the old app did. Doesn't even feel secure. Please fix this. And the pictures listed are for the old app, which I loved, not the updated version.

Horribly glitchy and prone to falsely claiming wrong password or no signal when everything is fine. (But it's STILL better than the actual website login page!)
