I find it annoying that they constantly send a notification email saying that the airline changed my flight. When I checked with the airline, nothing was changed. It just messes up my calendar. This app is just confusing me and might make me miss my flight. I am not using this again.

Simple, cheap, and great rewards. Please don't change it!! *they changed it. Now they constantly spam your email inbox with irrelevant "offers" even AFTER you repeatedly unsubscribe, they always subscribe you again, sad I had to block them in my email. I am a Diamond member. EDIT again: seems they have fixed the problem. Workers at this software are Excellent and helpful with your issues, thank you so much~

The application sucks. It redirect me to the wrong date when searching for the ticket causing wrong booking, and the agent are not trying to help.

Don't buy tickets here,it is a scam!!! You don't get your ticket,it makes you pay more for luggage,you can't cancel or change reservation. It is horrible service and you just loose time and money. I will never use it again

The app is good just like the company. It cannot be beat for prices on mainland China hotels. It has one major issue in that I cannot filter the hotels which accept foreigners. In maybe the chinese web site you can but I do not see it on the English version of this app. If you can tell me how to get this please let me know. It's essential and basically I'm only able to judge right now by looking for reviews from foreigners or payment types of visa and mastercard.

Terrible service. Booked hotel and tried to cancel before it was confirmed, which is says takes 12 hours and is free before its confirmed, called 2 hours after booking long before it was confirmed and was told we had to wait for them to talk to somebody else since there is a time difference. They co firmed it then notified us they can't cancel it since it was confirmed. So basically they confirmed it lone before they told us it would be so now we are stuck with the charge. DO NOT USE!
