The app is only for Polish people, or people with a Polish bank account. We set up the account for my English boyfriend, added his British licence, our Monzo card, but verification failed us as nowhere does it say the account needs to be verified by a transfer from a polish account in the name of the driver. Despite the English card being accepted fine. Big waste of time, and a huge let down to our holiday. Not to mention the fact that I got a few errors before even creating the account.

It took me few hours to set up the account. But I still got no verification. App works extremely unstable. Verification is way too complicated and takes too much time. Uninstall.

I like your service (car sharing), but your app is terrible :( I have an issues all the times when i tried to use it. Problems with: create an account. login. with adding a card and payments. I paid for verification 5 times! And can't to verificate. Now i can't to add a photo of my driving license (i already added it in first registeration but where is it now? ). When i trying to do anything in app, i see the error message. I want to use your service, honestly. Fix the bugs, please 🙏

The chipest cars, but often cars dirty inside... The app itself not a bad, but has a bad quality embedded map, often you can't understand where is the car, because it can show wrong your GPS location, it will be nice if it is possible to copy car's GPS coordinates in order to open Google maps for example and use the external map for GPS navigation.

I give 1 just to pay attention at the issue I met. When I receive push notifications and open the app from the notification (it's important step), the app asks me to enter credentials. If I close it and open from my apps list, then I'm logged in. So your notifications don't work as expected. Xiaomi Redmi note 5, Android 9.
