I am enjoying the app and most of the material (mainly audiobooks), but I've had a couple of issues where some of the audio was garbled or goes out completely. I've also downloaded, rather thought I downloaded the audiobook, The Bancroft Strategy by Robert Ludlum, only to find an audiobook download of One Thousand Gifts by Ann Voskamp, in its place, while the app shows I'm supposed to be listening to The Bancroft Strategy; NOT a happy commute to work for me.

meh. I love reading, and it's a great selection of books; but I find it *extremely* annoying and unprofessional that a commercial reading app has uneven leading (line spacing)... so distracting. I won't recommend it to anyone for that reason. re reply: settings won't fix bad line spacing. you should know that, and I actually already tried that, of course, before giving review.

Firstly, I love this app. I mainly listen to audiobooks on it. It has all the features I need, the ability to speed up the narration bookmarks forward/rewind and a sleep mode. The choice isn't as good as some other sites it only has access to a certain amount of publishers but there are more than enough for my reading tastes. Love the graphic novels. The app has its issues. It needs a 'new audiobooks" app. The recommendations are very skewed to the book side.

I stumbled on Scribd Audio & eBook App by chance. I have no choice but to have to uninstall some previous ebook Apps in use. The varieties of materials available on the App is second to none. My challenge however is the Monthly Subscription which is on the high side. If this amount is reviewed downward, more and more people will be able to subscribe and enjoy reading pleasure. I also recommend that Free Version of this App be made available for the less privileged who takes interests in reading.

Excellent content, sub par app. How difficult is it to leave the books you're currently reading in a "recents" tab or something? If you back out of whatever you're reading to check out other titles and without saving, you have to find the book all over again. And there's usually multiple versions of the same title so you have to find the exact same one to find your place. Super annoying. It's a super simple feature that is standard with apps like Kindle.

I enjoyed my one month free trial and decided to continue the membership. If you like to listen to audiobooks, they have a fair selection you can choose from and it is more affordable than audible. There are also a lot of good books to read. I like it. Update : I was in the middle of reading a book, then it randomly became unavailable? I'm not sure if they do this on purpose to make you continue the memebership and finish the book. Why would a book becomes unavailable for 4 days?

There is a major problem with this app: app turns off after 20-30mins automatically. For me it's a big problem, because I usually listen to audiobooks while running. My run takes from 40-60min. So I have to stop in the middle of the run to turn on the app again and I know that even before I reach the end of my route the app turns off again. It's really, really annoying. Please fix it, otherwise I have to start seariously consider to use your competitors services.

Great app, use it every day. Better than kindle IMO worth the monthly fee, especially if you read/listen to audio books a lot. I highly recommend it as it's allowed me to read more. Only drawback is: some books are unavailable. Haven't run into that issue too much.

I love this app. User friendly and so convenient. I can access it from my laptop or cellphone. The look and feel us great. The only thing that I would have wanted is there to be more highlighter options. The blue isn't really a great colour on the text. I'm still new to this app. So far very happy.

This has become my favorite app. I have been using Scribid for nine months now. I have had an audiobook subscription with another company for a long time. Yes this other company had a very well developed system that made changing to Scribid a bit frustrating at first. But now that I am used to Scribid, I like it so much better. It really is an online library and much better for searching information than regular online searches: books, audiobooks, podcasts, documents, magazine articles
