Yes this apps needs a lot of improvement on the phone. History daily closing prices not there, to create watchlist cannot work. I am located in malaysia..can t even communicate to them, to complain anything..still stagnant like before, no improvements... Need to contact someone to complain, but nothing is there..dull apps

I am experiencing problem with Stock Alerts. Reinstalled many times and on the first run, I was not able to register my phone for Push Notification. The message was "Failed Register Device". Then I have to manually enable the Push Notification at the Settings from the Main Menu. My device (Samsung Note 10 & iPhone 11) was there in the list from Stock Alert page (Settings button) on for a few minutes. Then it got delisted automatically and the notifications will never posted on my device.

If I can set 0 star I will rate it. This App UIUX is one of the worst I have experienced. I totally got no idea how to trade using this App, I cant see my portfolio, no obvious buy and sell button. This App dev team seriously need to have a huge revamp!!! It should not even release in the first place. For sure this App release management process does not exist. I believe it don't even arrange a proper process such as UAT and QAT! To those who reading, don't waste time, PLEASE AVOID THIS OPTION!

Wasting so much time need to sign in. When sign in app can crash after 5min switch to chrome. Suggestion: - Thumbprint log in - Add volume - Auto live "update price" when enter a lot or 100x unit. Please think when make an app how to reduce customer time to buy a share stock. If we need to open calculator to calculate lot is such a waste of time. We need a very fast app to do trading.

Data failed to refresh intermittently. Issue started few days ago until now nobody fix! Tried on different device with different network, same issue! Tried on diff WIFI also same. It has caused me lose money bcause data unable to load for hours each day! No platform to raise incident request. Nobody look into this issue.

Overall is nice and the stock search function also good. But if few minute if I don't stay in the page, it will auto logout...... I don't like. Then the handphone app cannot see the account balamce, only can see the trading limit, I don't like, if you want get the award for best retail broker, you need improve it, TQ.

FIX IT !!!! Used to be good with the older version. Now the chart is full of problem. Please get rid of the chart/graph and change it back to the older version.
