See what your car is doing in realtime, get OBD fault codes, car performance, sensor data and more!

Torque is a vehicle / car performance / diagnostics tool and scanner that uses an OBD II Bluetooth adapter to connect to your OBD2 engine management / ECU

Layout your own dashboard with the widgets / gauges you want!

It can use the GPS to provide tracker logs with OBD engine logging so you can see what you were doing at any point in time

It can also show and reset a DTC / CEL / fault code like a scantool. Helps you fix your car and helps keep repair costs down!

Torque also features:

* Dyno / Dynomometer and Horsepower/HP & Torque
* Can read Transmission Temperatures (vehicle dependant)
* 0-60 speed timings - more accurate than just using plain old GPS - see how fast your car is (or truck )
* CO2 emissions readout
* Customisable dashboard & profiles
* Video your journey using the Track Recorder plugin with onscreen OBDII data overlay - a black box for your car/truck!
* Automatically send GPS tagged tweets directly to twitter (for example if you are going on a road trip)
* Massive fault code database for lookup of fault codes from different manufacturers
* Theme support (choose from different themes to change the look of your dashboard)
* Send logging information to web or email CSV/KML for analysis via excel / openoffice reader
* Heads up display / HUD mode for night time driving
* Compass (GPS Based) that won't suffer magnetic interference
* GPS Speedometer/Tracking and realtime web upload capability - see what you were doing and your engine, at a point in time
* Turbo boost feature for vehicles that support MAP and MAF sensors (VW & Golf / Audi / Seat etc supported)
* Alarms and warnings (for example if your coolant temperature goes over 120C whilst driving) with voice/speech overlay
* Car dock support
* Graph data
* Able to share screenshots to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Email, etc
* AIDL API for third party apps, A simple Telnet interface for developers to talk to the adapter, and an OBD scanner.
* Works on tablet devices like the Motorola Xoom, Dell Streak, Samsung Galaxy Tab and Nook

Works on any vehicle that uses the OBD 2 standard (most vehicles built after 2000, but can work for vehicles as far back as 1996) if in doubt check with your manufacturer first or look for 'OBD2' on written on a big white label in your engine bay

Works on vehicles made by Ford, VW, GM/Vauxhall/Opel, Chrysler, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Audi, Jaguar, Citroen, Peugoet, Skoda, Kia, Mazda, Lexus, Subaru, Renault, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai, BMW, Toyota, Seat, Dodge, Jeep, Pontiac and many more vehicle makes, European, US, Far East, etc. Some vehicle ECUs may support more/less features than others

The app needs a Bluetooth OBD2 adapter to work. The adapter is small and plugs into the diagnostics socket on the car which gives your phone access. You can find a list of adapters on: (Garmin EcoRoute HD adapters not supported)

If you buy one of the cheap china OBD2 ELM327 bluetooth adapters from ebay / amazon, then make sure you have a good returns policy with the seller

Some of the best reliable OBD2 / OBD adapters are the adapter, the OBDKey, and PLX Devices, OBDLink, Bluetooth, ELM327 and other adapters are supported - search on google for them

More features added every release - there are forums at - if you want something added then let me know and I'll try to add it if it is possible! Vehicle ECUs vary in the amount of sensors supported

*PLEASE NOTE* Any reports of hanging or reboots after quitting the app is due to a bug in HTC devices and Galaxy Tab,this can be triggered by using the Pandora/Vlingo/Other BT apps. Disabling Pandoras new bluetooth settings fixes the problem, but HTC/Samsung need to release a fix. Please contact their support and request a fix,Thanks!

App ChangeLog

  • **Polite Note!** There are currently a lot of clone adapters circulating that are broken/not working on the CANBUS protocol - if your vehicle isn't working, check the adapter if it's a clone (it may work on older vehicles though)
**Tip:Turn on 'Faster Communication' in the OBD settings for faster read speeds!
    * Update to workaround an issue some users were having with the LVL

Great but not amazing! I've used this about 1.5yrs on my LS swapped z32. It runs as a permanent dash display. So it gets used idk 2-5x a week. I get compliments all the time on how cool it is, but the reason for 4stars is some features don't work, like none of my standard needles on mph/speed works so needel sits as if broken. The (themes)are pretty cool some are just awful to lol but honestly for the price you really can't complain I'm pretty happy with it.

  2. Will Wolf-avatar

apk This is an amazing app for the money. For all the people saying Bluetooth forces itself on, you can actually turn it off in obd2 adapter settings. Also, for all the people complaining about the GPS always being on, you can turn that off as well. So, long story short most of the people complaining are either stupid or lazy. Hope this helps.

  3. Caio-avatar

1.10.114 apk Definitely the most complete app of its kind. It's also highly customizable. The graphs are not that nice but that's not a problem, actually. It would be nice to have an "easy mode" (something like 'DashCommand' or 'Smart Control') for those who want the basic information along with a nice display from scratch.

  4. Warwick Dean-avatar

1.10.114 Sleek and simple, just missing some few specific protocols that would give it a huge advantage. I've tried to call upon BMW pre 2007 manufacturer specific PID with no luck and not been able to get support on how to input this custom data into Torque but hopefully I'll figure it out one day. To people claiming that it turns Bluetooth back on, ignore them as I believe they're not actually using the exit function. Close the app from within the app, simple.

  5. David Martin-avatar

1.8.61 cracked apk With an OBD Link USB cable plugged directly into my Pumpkin Android 9.0 head unit from my '02 Jeep WJ, I am able to read out all of the DTCs, and can view a handful of the live data. I'm still doing a bit of exploring to see what is possible, but I'm guessing that most of the 1* reviews are know-nothings who wouldn't understand what they were looking at if they got it working. This is a tool I recommend to any power user, and for $5, it's worth even the trouble codes.

  6. Matthew Early-avatar

v1.10.114 Anybody who gives this app a poor rating doesn't need to be using it to begin with.If you don't recognize the menu options then you don't need to be using this app. A little common sense and educating yourself before you get into a DLC is pivotal. This is a very generously and well coded app. Creating support for the new protocols natively would be nice. Correct me if I'm mistaken. Need to get dtc reading up to par. Best obd app in my opinion. App is very versatile if you know the right ATs. S8+

ios When it works it's great. It loses the ability to connect via bluetooth quite often. Works great, then next time (like right now) can't connect. I actually had lost the ability to connect for like 6 months. Then when a new Android upgrade came out it magically fixed it. It's just very finicky. But when it does connect it's great!

  8. james overman-avatar

v1.8.205 patched Meh at best... Works fine for a few weeks then bam doesn't connect to the device. Your gonna say it's my phone, brand new phone nice try. Your gonna say it's my OBDII port. Works just fine Everytime I use auto parts scanner. Explain why it won't connect or rather fix it. I'll change my review in a heart beat.

  9. Cristian Manica-avatar

v1.8.205 It's overall a useful app, graphical, looking nice. But for a more advanced usage, like checking DPF data for a BMW 5 series 2014 (soot, ash masses etc), it doesn't work - and I'm saying this after many days of tries. Technical support from the forum was below expectations for a payed app. However, it helped me a lot in not missing any of my car's regens. Instead, i succeeded in less than 1 h with B-tool app, checking advanced DPF values etc.

  10. Erik Veach-avatar

1.10.114 apk patched When it connects to my ELM, it works. However, getting it to connect after the initial time has been difficult (it's still not connecting). It's not as simple as just clicking "Connect" like the other app I use (which has zero issues). I'm using a Samsung Note 10, so if you have the same, maybe it's the phone?

How many years of people complaining about the blue tooth not turning off and you have to restart your phone to stop the app trying to reconnect with your device. Come on.....if your smart enough to design an app be smart enough to listen to the feed back and sort this PROBLEM OUT PLEASE.

  12. MojaveMike Pirate2U-avatar

This app poses a SECURITY RISK. After exiting the app and turning off bluetooth it will turn the bpuetooth on again without any notification no matter how many times you turn it off. I had to use Android settings to Force Stop this for it to stop. Additionally, the program interface and features are not intuitive and can be difficult to understand. If it wasn't for the bluetooth issue I'd rate it a 4 star.

  13. steve evans-avatar

I've had Torque Pro for quite a while and never had a problem. I recently got a Samsung A20 and installed it. Now, it will only connect if I have no vehicle profile set. The minute I set the vehicle profile, it stops connecting. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times with the same issue.

  14. Tim K-avatar

Requested refund. App won't shut down unless you force end it. Could not disable Bluetooth and found it was this. I just installed it so it was my first look. I don't trust it, permissions granted only when running is the same as always when it doesn't shut down.

  15. Spurs-avatar

BEWARE: They purposely make it near impossible for you to close the app so they monitor you. Why would the app relentlessly ask location and permission to access contacts and gallery? What does the phone numbers on contact have anything to do with me wanting to scan my car? Read the reviews, you will countlessly see people mentioning how this app stays opened

  16. Snafu Hoss-avatar

This app would be over priced if they paid me to download it. Nothing, not vehicle set up or pids, will save. Several forums report this problem without any resolution. Using a Galaxy S9+ with 64Gb SD card which is empty except for validating I can save other items to the card. Save your $5 and go enjoy a beer instead of paying $5 for nothing but aggravation. UPDATE - the developer responded recommending a settings change or delete and reload the app. The later fixed the problem. Thanks!

  17. DCC-avatar

App is a pain to set up most of the features are NOT loaded and require other add-on's or PIDs, and good luck installing them or finding the PIDs for you vehicle. Moving things around in the Real Time Info center is ridiculous and many of the feature will not resize and much of the data offered there is useless…e.g. NO voltage, tranny temps, CAT, Intake temp, battery, ECM, outside air temp etc. all those feature have to b e added in SOMEHOW?!? GOOD LUCK finding ANY help from the company as website is a joke and there is NO contact support data!!

  18. Steve Austin-avatar

Used this app with an evo viii mr, an evo XRS, a merc c63 and now my bmw m4 and it's never failed. I've also used it with various android phones and never had a problem. I'm not sure why people are having problems with this app, it's superb if you know what you're doing.

  19. Luis Montano-avatar

I have a dodge car and I have two Elm327 units that are compatible with the software. I have not being able to use it. It does not recognize the computer in my car. Wasted time and money. I had better results with micro mechanic, the car doctor, obd link, blue driver. Note blue driver needs its own software so does micro mechanic.

  20. Jimmy Hawkesworth-avatar

I have this installed on a Google pixel phone via WiFi and it's brilliant. Connectivity can be a pain but works fine if you turn mobile data and Bluetooth off, connect to the app then turn them back on again. All displays are clear, a great choice and super easy to use.

  21. Jeff Martinez-avatar

This app used to work just fine but as of late, it won't connect to my phones's bluetooth. After trying everything for an hour I ended up throwing it away

  22. jackal-avatar

crashes immediately on startup on my pixel 4 xl, works perfectly on my oneplus 7 pro and my galaxy fold. best obd2 app on the play store for sure, just knocking a star off because i can't use it on one of my phones.

  23. Lost_-avatar

Never completely closes. App does everything very well however you need to manually kill the process or else it stays running in the background all the time with failure to connect messages popping up constantly when not in the car.

  24. Jake Epstein-avatar

Great app, but there appears to be a memory or resource leak. If i dont force close it after use, my phone will slow to a halt.

  25. Danny Dion-avatar

Just installed the Pro version yesterday. Have a Huawei Mate P20 with Android 10 and after installing it always asks me to allow acess to bluetooth even when the app is OFF and no way to get rid of popup unless you allow and then your phone bluetooth stays on .

  26. Alastair-avatar

I paid for this app specifically to get Trans Temp on my BMW to do the transmission oil change, both trans temps did not work. I emailed the developer asking for help, and got no reply. Poor communication is a big downer!!

  27. Anthony Okalski-avatar

Very helpful. I have the paid app. It's helped me diagnose problems I have had with my vehicles. Had it in a Chevy Aveo, BMW 528i, now a Subaru outback. By no means is this a scan tool to get into proprietary things but, if the car has something available, you can monitor it. You have to know what you are looking at. You have to have experience working on cars to decipher what it's telling you. Have to work the app to learn permissions and such to set it up.

  28. harry sekhon-avatar

I encountered an issue. Trip and avg kpl shown is faulty when app is run on my 2nd device. I assume this is not normal and should be rectified at the earliest!

  29. John Maier-avatar

This App is a very good product. So far it has taken everything I've thrown at it. When running, it will use your battery quite quickly. I'm using an OTG cable with my USB OBD adapter, which might be a factor. This fact is purely informational and not a ding on Torque Pro. The only issue I've run into, the current version hangs on Android running under Intel.

  30. Graham-avatar

The only problem is cheap interfaces! With a decent device, not the garbage sold on Fakebook, it does what it says. One really annoying problem is that it refuses to quit. Doesn't matter how many times you close it, Quit or even Force Stop, it's like a Premiership manager and bounces back, demanding to be connected. This can lead to problems with the cheapo devices as you can't pair and then open the app.

  31. vancorr155-avatar

Zero point zero customer support. It is not working with my device, but similar (FREE) apps are very helpful. Should be removed from Google Play. I could not find a link to report this type of issue to Google so that is also a factor. Where should I report this type of bad customer service? It should not be that hard should it? I will keep typing until I reach the one hundred word mark for recommended Google reviews. I still have about seventeen left but I thought it was letters and not words so I have to change my strategy.

Fantastic App, works flawlessly with good quality adapter. I've been using it for 4 yrs with no issues. An indispensable tool in my car repair arsenal!!

  33. William Hudd-avatar

So much info! Would definitely recommend the pro version for the extra bells and whistles. Great app!

  34. Ken Allen-avatar

**EDIT** June 5th still doesn't work with Galaxy Note 10. Great app when it works. Worked perfect on my Galaxy S10 plus but "doesn't recognise ecu" with adapter plugged in on my Note 10 plus .

App freezes, stops responding, then completely fails to load. Delete from device. Reinstall. Fails to load. Application is useless because there is no product support. Nobody will help you. You cannot contact the manufacturer. They take your money. When it does not work, you are at a loss. Do not throw your money away. Use FORScan or equivalent. Even in it's working configuration, this app does not allow you to access your car's computer to make any changes. You cannot remap your air-to-fuel ratio. You cannot change your transmission shift points, or adjust the transmission shift from firm to soft. You cannot change the profile settings for tire size. You can not enable or disable any settings. When it works, before the app crashes, freezes, and fails' it's just a glorified monitor. Information which is already accessible via your onboard display screen.

  36. João Miranda-avatar

I have been using it for 5 years now, along with plugins, with el-cheapo dongles and the recommended ones, across 2 Android phones. Although used with older than '12 cars, it has been completely reliable, dependable and trustworthy to have diags on the engines. Cheaper dongles do give the occasional connection hiccup, but that isn't the app's fault. I also like the ability to work with the plugins for simulator games to be used as a HUD! It might take a bit of time to configure, but that's it!

  37. Eric Keys MN-avatar

Brought the Pro version after testing with the free version. Used on 2 android devices - LG G6 and a Samsung tablet. Works really well on both. Tested operation on 2 vehicles that didn't have any code issues and love the amount of information and potential. I am a retired computer engineer, so I appreciate all the features and how easy it was to use.

  38. Adam Malik Yusof-avatar

The worst app I have ever used. When you need it the most, that's when it fails. PIDs provided by plugins disappeared from the list as it wish. When you try to enable them back, the app doesn't when list it down anymore. Dashboard layout shifted as it with too. You'll have to reinstall the app again to get it to work.

  39. P.J. Vallier-avatar

Great app for obd2 check engine light (reading codes, and deleting) freeze frame data, on board diagnostics, monitoring, logging, saving and uploading live data, you can set up multiple gauges to see any info/data the ecu/pcm gets from any sensors within the vehicle electrical, emissions, engine, intake, fuel system, exhaust system, can check and monitor PID's. A big feature that comes in handy is the emission test readiness information for state inspection. Must have for anyone with a vehicle

  40. Joe Porter-avatar

I was able to use the free version on my Samsung Chromebook. I liked it, so I paid for the Pro version. I have not been able to successfully launch Torque Pro. It will not respond once opened. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and still cannot launch the application without it freezing and crashing. This was a waste of $4.95.

  41. SOUK TV-avatar

This app got me out of trouble when i broke down on the motorway, it told me what sensor to look at. I checked the sensor and it had come loose, i plugged it back up and issue resolved, its definitely worth having this app. NOTE, allot of people complaining that the app wouldn't read anything on their car are either using cheap knock off copy ODBII devices or ODBII devices which are incompatible with their cars ODBII specifications; imbeciles.

  42. Matt P-avatar

Works great, helps dial in alot of info at once. The only thing I'd love to see added to this is android auto support. Having the real time gauges on your car's display instead of the phone would be a nice addition. Other than that, I've been using this app since the beta test and have had no issues.

  43. The Duke-avatar

Freezes, video recording doesn't work in this app, alot of instruments don't function properly or even work at all. Hope I can get a refund.

  44. S wagner-avatar

This app is fantastic!! I got a Bluetooth code reader on Amazon for $10 with a 2yr warranty for under a dollar. So between that & the full version of the app I'm $17 all in & I can read & clear codes. I can see live real time information about what my vehicle is doing at all times. I have a phone setup in my car with basically just this app. That's all it's used for is for gauges.

  45. Jonathan Terry-avatar

I would give it a great rating but for 2 things. First - WHY does it need access to my photos or anything else on my device other than the bluetooth/wifi? All I want from this app is to read the real time data coming from the ECU. Second the app fails to save the profile anywhere much less online. Really frustrating to fill that damn profile page out every single time I want to use the app. Really want my money back. This sucks!

  46. Mike D-avatar

The gauges work well (but so do the gauges in the Free Version). But the rest is being stupid. Vehicle testing is useless & is always refreshing & taking forever to achieve nothing. I just wanted to diagnose what's going on in my TCM & what's up with the TCS/ABS Light that keeps coming on and turning off. It's a 2002 Hyundai XG350L & does support Mode 6 and all other modes available at the time of manufacture. Seriously. $4.95 for no more features (that work!) than any of the decent free Apps..

  47. M Henderson-avatar

Custom PIDs for Prius allow battery checks when evaluating cars for sale. Graphs help diagnose catalytic converter problems. Works great with $5 chinese bluetooth OBD adapters. I do have trouble changing back after loading custom PIDs.

Very handy tool for checking out errors and scan codes and also deleting out errors for good Came very handy in situations where things would turn in different ways if I hadn't had this on my phone paired to OBD II ELM

  49. Stuart Norton-avatar

Always found this app very useful. Only issue I ever had was because I bought a cheap adapter to start with. For checking codes and basic obd diagnostics its ideal.

  50. Rob Mckie-avatar

Brilliant app, well worth more than double the price. Has got me out of trouble no end of times. Highly recommended

App worked fine for a couple weeks and now it freezes any time I try to select a vehicle. So, without being able to input my vehicle all the cool stuff doesnt work. I am on galaxy s8 droid pie 9. Also can't get it to connect to samsung tablet. Any advice? Tried everything from reinstall to changing setting

I have a VW Passat B5.0 2.8 V6 30v 4 motion/synchro with a few problems, like a miss fire, but the error code count is 0 or zero. All I can get out of this app is what's already on my dashboard so it's totally useless for me as it doesn't do what I have paid it to do. Please show me some firkin error codes. There has to be some. Plus the help is just awful. Its a complex app so proper help would be appreciated. Oh and tested on two modules. Just junk.

I love the access I have to my rig BUT when I go to close out the app, I wish the command actually killed the app. I don't want to have to force stop the app every time I'm done using it

  54. Meghan Cawley-avatar

Crashes my phone when changing orientation back from landscape to portrait after a drive. I've got an LG g8, and no other apps so it, and it happens under the same conditions every time. Will restore 5 stars when a button is put on to control rotation instead of using phone gyro.

  55. Andrew Webb-avatar

The free version worked just fine. This one is unusable. Doesn't connect to the same OBD2 connector that worked with the free version. Immediately goes to "sleep" and vanishes so you can't even look around the menus to figure out how to fix it. Waste of money

  56. Cesare Avill-avatar

Am not good with car knowledge so hit this app. Does what it say and much more for my needs, the ONLY problem, sometimes difficult to connect via Bluetooth, tryed with 3 mobiles I had... Same problem Thanks, good app, worth having it

Works great! Bluetooth connectivity makes it more convenient than a corded scan tool. Keep the dongle in the glovebox of an old beater if the CEL comes on often. That way you can pull codes and determine if you DIY later or gotta call a towtruck right away...

  58. Ben Meyer-avatar

Amazing app, works way better than most off the shelf code readers and a fraction of the price.

If there's an issue it's user based lol . What a great app!! Use it for multiple vehicles! America and Japanese and German! Only thing missing is an Audi expanded pid pack !! Other than that I love the app ! Worth every cent

  60. Bob Hardy-avatar

Nice app but even the paid version does not do what i was hoping for: can't view battery cells on my Camry Hybrid. Seems it only has PIDs available for the Prius but not the Camry Hybrid. If Camry Hybrid battery pack diagnostics is what you are looking for, then Dr. Hybrid app is what you want.

  62. Simon Hardwick-avatar

Good app lots of features but when I want to install it on my android head unit under same account it wants me to buy it again even though I have already purchased the pro edition already.

Don't trust what you read on this tool is not correct not always. Make sure to have a backup device

  64. Sean Williams-avatar

Doesn't work on current car...bought a 2003 Corvette and Torque cannot connect to the car. It's fine on my other cars. :(

  65. Troy Derksen-avatar

Bad! Poor... it rarely connects to the device and pulls codes... Other apps do it all the time... I even bought this app! Stay away, run, run, run, dont buy. The only reason for 2 stars is when it works it is good, but it rarely connects...

  66. earl bird31-avatar

Love the app for my powerstroke 6.0. But 4 stars because I dont have a way to connect my Audi A6. There are no preset pids for Audi. I dont know how to get it to connect with my car, may need to buy another scanner.

  67. Bryce Blanski-avatar

Great app until I updated to Android 11. Now it just closes. Hopefully an update will be out soon!!

  68. Timothy Young-avatar

I love this app. I use it for my Jeep whether I'm daily driving or I have a page for off roading. I also have a page set up for the track and I'll use the app to track my friend's engine temp while he races. 10/10 would reccomend getting this app.

Im stuck on the "checking model". I paid for this app but its not working with the device and this app is the recommended app for the device. If you can assist as to what the issue might be ill be happy and give beter feedback

  70. Artful Andy-avatar

The one time I have a genuine fault with my car (ABS fault) the app couldn't detect it. Pretty disappointing if I'm honest.

  71. Matthew Sain-avatar

I have recently installed Android 11 beta once I did that the app quit responding before that it was working just fine please fix

  72. XO Adez-avatar

I've used Tourque for yearssss... but I tried to clear a code on my Nissan Juke, it said it cleared but it kept popping back up on the next scan. I installed another OBD2 app and it cleared the fault properly. Tourque has its uses but I'll be using another app for the serious stuff from now on.

  73. Dan Soethe-avatar

Works great with gas or diesel. But no EV or hybrid dials (like drive battery %). Would be nice though.

  74. Dan Finch-avatar

Great app for monitoring and diagnostics! Well worth the cost

  75. Zac Hortara-avatar

Working flawlessly for the past few years and continues to do so - 2018 It's now 2020, and its still working like a charm! Love it to bits, highly recommend!

Not working in Android 11. Reported through app. Hope it gets fixed soon.

  77. Greg Zed-avatar

Cumbersome to use and NOT seamless to set up. Although I have an approved plugin device can't even get a digital rev count. Very disappointed as many features simply say "no data". About as useless as the lite version. Don't waste your money.

  78. Mark Gassen-avatar

Wonderfully featured app, marred by confusing performance at times. Why are my logs not uploading to the torque online web server? It just silently fails with no error message. If only torque had log files of its own...

  79. J-avatar

Terrible app, wouldn't connect. Tried everything and couldn't get it to connect via bluetooth to my phone. Downloaded OBDclick and it connected immediately and I got the code I needed. Don't waste your time with this app.

It is an awesome app that works in tandem with elm obd2 seamlessly Worth every paise spent. Use an old gen tab fix it in your dash Gives an aircraft cockpit environmenr👍👍👍👍

  81. David Carley-avatar

I have used this for years with no issue, until I got my galaxy s10. You cannot select anything. You can only move the options up and down but you cant actually select any of the tools.. i beg you please fix this

  82. Priscilla Drew-avatar

Worse money I have wasted! If I had $1 for every time I got popup about selecting a permanent obd2 when a) app is closed b) car is off! There is no such setting choice! If an app is closed you shouldn't get popups that weren't even allowed.

  83. Greg Ri-avatar

Only connected once, then message appeared "reconnect device default in settings." Lite works best. Hopefully, I can get my money back?

  84. Chip Guillet-avatar

I love the app, wish it worked with android auto so I could see this info on my dash.

Is bad business, I am being charged to download an app I have paid for. There is no reason to charge the same account twice. This is unfair practice against a paying customer. Resolve this issue and I will gladly give you a rating based on the contents and functions of the app. While my account is being charged an additional fee to download on my other devices I will do nothing but give a realistic opinion of my experience. This is bad business.

I dont understand why this happened by its absolotly waste of money , my torque lite versin app connect with my elm327 wifi very very good , but torque pro version is not connecting at alll , i changed the connection type in setting same as lite version , lite version connected well , but pro version even not connecting , worst of money , why thos should be like that? I will be happy if you respond qiuckly , thanks

Got back the original features my 03 Accord Nav/radio came with like fuel left to empty, mpg throttle position to speed, adverage mpg 👍that was missing when i replaced the Nav/radio with a android factory replacement version

  88. harry jackson-avatar

Worked and connected the first time, has not connected since. Luckily only wasted a couple bucks on it.

  89. David Blair-avatar

Ian's app was one of the few that so impressed me that I went to the full version. That's a real hard trust to earn, and a very difficult task to break. But this newest update has, by Jove. About 4 months ago, the app suddenly stopped working with the adapter. I thought it could be due to my old phone, a GS-Note 4, so I didn't think anything of it until I bought a new Note 8. Same issue, all other variables equal. Funny thing is, my adapter works great with Dash Command. So it is him, not me.

  90. Johnny Dhillon-avatar

This is the best OBD2 app I've ever had, and I have used more than a few on my Android phone and tablet, it makes my life easy when working on my friends and family's cars and trucks

Awesome app. When our car started acting up I was able to use it to pull the codes and tell the mechanic what they were and what the car was doing.

  92. Peter Panait-avatar

Was unable to connect my icar2 wifi adapter with this app. It connectad once and after that nothing. I uninstalled reinstalled and still nothing. I wasted my money on this and a plugin that I purchased.

  93. 444Helmut-avatar

I bought this app for an android phone, but I can't get some of the functions to work. In the 'Test Results' part of the app, the menu button doesn't appear at the top of the screen, so I have no way to access the O2 data graph feature. I also have this app on an android tablet and it has the menu button at the top of the page. This is very annoying, because the O2 data graph is one of the best features. There's a similar issue in the 'Graphing' section of the app. Please fix this.

  94. Duarte Luis-avatar

Bought it. Tried it. Didn't work. Uninstalled it. Now I want a refund. (Other "free" apps with limited options worked better).

  95. matt matthews-avatar

Awesome app. However it's crashing on start Android 11 beta

  96. K-avatar

This app has never worked correctly. I own the paid version so I was disappointed when the units did not change from metric when I changed the setting. The app recently stopped pairing with my perfectly fine bluetooth adapter. I am glad it has worked fine for some. For me it has been a waste of money. I am a retired professional mechanic. I wanted a cost effective home scan tool. I should have looked for a used snap on solus or something similar.

  97. Angel Rabie-avatar

Not helpful always shows no fault. Also I check with other devices say I have problem but this app nooooo. Nothing,,,,,, and in this app say it can't reset fault. So im disappointed to buy that app is just lose money

  98. Raffi-avatar

This is a great app that works with my Bluetooth obd2 reader. I liked the lite version so much I paid for the pro version. It's very customizable and a great tool. I just hope that the devs get an update out soon for Android 10. I'm getting a message when I open the app that says it may not function in my version. It seems to be fine, but I haven't really went into it much.

  99. charles Corwin-avatar

Works great for my 99 7.3 powerstroke. Shows way more than my scanner will even show me. Just watch a YouTube video on how to set up the pids and its golden.

I have had this for a couple years now. It has always worked great for me, even when the computer was dying and the expensive scan tools wouldn't connect.
