The app was automatically taking money from my bank account every week, with no way of turning off the automatic top up, it wouldn't let me set the automatic top up for less than 100e, it kept defaulting back to the maximum amount

Terrible app No way to see your balance (ie how much credit you have left). Also no way setup an auto top up option when your balance falls below a certain amount. Both these options are available on the pinergy app

Last 2 months unable to use app. Reported an error message been told it's been worked on. Clearly not 2 months later. Now website is showing error on top up.

Nothing good to say about this App, it has not been working for months , told weeks ago it's being worked on still no solution, this is inconvenient and simply not good enough

This is some joke😤🤯 In stalled app and only showed pictures of how easy and good this app is but won't open anything so cant top up ESB. great ill sit here in the dark and cold🤬. Would you take the finger out and fix this.

Was a great app until the new yr. Now it doesn't send the top-up code back, so unless I'm at the unit or my husband is there to take a pic of the top-up code, we have to contact electric Ireland to get codes from them. It has taken money a few times and given no code as well, so had to wait a few days for refund to go back to my bank account. Bit of a nuisance really.

Arrg. Very annoying when you top up as early as 8:30ish in the morning with the rush and it takes your money but refused to credit it and after several attempts you have to top up again for it to register one time payment and had deducted 2times payment from your account. No time to look for account number as early as that period

This is ridiculous. From new year I have to put password everytime I wannabe top up. It asking me for special code on card. And finally after all I need to validate payment with my credit card application. Problem is if I leave payg app than to validate. I have to log in again to payg and start all over again. Nonsense. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sent a complaint in a cpl of months ago it won't let me log in anymore ,I choose these because of that app as my partner is disabled and I work so thought be handy for him to use .I will be changing provider as still not fixed
