This dumb app doesn't even have a sign up button when I downloaded this app and opened it all it offers is a login credentials screen but it does not have an option to sign up for it and I also did a search online and there is no online presence to sign up for the service this is stupid retarded

The app needs work! It is not giving me a sound notification unless I open my phone, so if I'm doing something else I would have not known that I had a chat message until I open my phone 🤦♀️ I already checked my settings on my phone for notifications and they are all on including the sound notification. The sound notification would work sometimes only

The app takes a long time to open. There have been times that the other party will ask if I am still in the conversation. Sometimes the conversation will freeze. I will type a response and it does not send (while on WiFi) so the response dies. Or, the reply will just hang there. I get told to 'Tap to Resend'. After three taps, the message gets sent three times.

Great program, thanks for making it! Love it in every way but one. I wish it would capitalize the first letter in a new sentence. I always have to hit shift. Not a huge deal, but the difference to five stars. Otherwise I've found it fast and reliable! **Update**Devs are on their game! Capitalization now in there. Thank you!!

its great works wonders, but it's not free !!! if u want something as simple as an opening statement when people click on ur site after the first month itll cost u. it's a Great service but make sure u read EVERYTHING regarding bots, payment , monthly fees ect before u realize your 30 days r up & all the great things u have on it site that u wanna keep Will cost u depending upon your traffic.

The notifications come through good but the app is so laggy and unresponsive that it's almost unusable on a brand new Samsung galaxy this shouldn't be happening.

I liked the app when it actually worked before but now it doesn't work. Every time I open it when someone actually messages me on my website I can't actually hit submit and as difficult to type in messages because the app seems to freeze up. Fix it and then I'll change my review.

My phone settings are 100% showing notifications are on and allowed for the app, even to override do not disturb. Sadly, my business is looking bad because the notifications for the apps do not work at all (even the "send a test notification" feature). Very very bad bug, and is going to make me find another company.
