I like the magazine, but I downloaded the app and used the login that works on the website and it tells me I am not authorized to view this content. The only options i have then is to log out or a 'need help?' Option which I can't even click. I will try a few other things but this is very frustrating.

Can we say #sh+tshow of an app? I try to read an article and poof the whole app disappears. I'm also trying to figure out how to read offline like the previous app. Please fix stat as this app is barely on life support.

New app crashes and freezes on my Android tablet making it unusable. Older version worked perfectly well.

App has stopped working on my phone. Won't let me access my account. Can still sign in on the website. Meanwhile the version of the app I use on my Samsung tablet crashes every time I try to use it. App now working on my phone but still crashing regularly. Please sort it out!

Awful app! Shame I can't give zero stars! I can't believe I've been asked to pay a digital subscription for something that is so poor! Your developers need replacing! The podcasts function is unusable! You click on the podcast for the Edition that you want to listen to and it plays a random one you never selected! It's an absolute lottery to get the one you want! You guys need to fix this and give yourselves a good shake or I'll be cancelling my subscription!

This updated app is rubbish and unusable. Need to send out a fix for the bug pdq before people start leaving. Anyway what was wrong with the old app. This is an addition to above, bugs were slowly being corrected but now have returned, I think you should look at paying some decent developers to takeover this app as it isn't fit for purpose.

Excellent magazine with great content, truly dreadful app which endlessly crashes. Trying to read the magazine is a tedious process of waiting for slow downloads and restarting after it 'stops working'. Yet again.

Currently crashes just after opening. Hasn't always done this, so why have they broken it? Unable to read this week's issue at all, though I am paying for it just the same. Edit 30.9.21: last week's issue OK, but this week's crashes again.
