This awesome app is definitely free to use over wifi. I've had no problems at all with any connection to anyone even on all my devices. You also get to pick out of a list of phone #s they provide to you. Very easy to use. All calls & texting are free. You cannot beat this app to use over wifi if you are home 24/7. Very nice app! Only 1 drawback tht I don't like is you can't see the time line. I like to know who called & when,

I love it. It's free and you can call from anywhere you got wifi but i just wish that it would work offline as well. Like no data, no wifi, no nothing. Also I wish that you can call and text worldwide without paying for premium. Also, i wish it the number would lock in without paying but overall, good app.

I've been using this app for years off & on... in the beginning it was complete chit... now its been great up until recently... I cant send a text or recieve one... it started with just one text not sending... over the mext few days it became all of them but I could still see the incoming ones... now I'm neither getting any or able to send... happy to give 5 stars when its fixed

I really like the TextNow app I have used it for about the last 3 years though I ordered one of the SIM cards so I had texting and calling wherever and was not able to send or receive any phone calls even with a Brand Samsung Galaxy S 20 5g. And the only issue I have with the app is that even when I have a good Wi-Fi signal there is a significant lag in the conversation between me and the person on the other end. Inturn ends up with other party hanging not realizing I had answered 5-7 sec prior

This app has gone to complete **** lately, every time I get on a call it takes forever to connect it says reconnecting then never actually does it you have to hang up and call back and it gets really annoying when something important happens and you can't hear what someone is saying to you and you have to hang up in their face π! I have been using this app for a very long time I USE to have no problem but this last year a lot of other people using this could agree it has definitely gone wrong

Great app. I use it on multiple devices. I've dropped it to 3 stars because I paid the $4.99 so that I could get verification codes sent to my textnow number. No issues with that but having paid the $4.99 I also expected less ads, which I have not seen a difference in less ads.

This used to be such a great app, but they got greedy and put the main features behind paywalls. I ended up paying for the subscription. Then they banned my account for "violating their terms of service". Yet, I've only used it once to get a verification code from Facebook. How did I violate the TOS? And their customer service is non-existent. Do not give this company your money. They're a scam.

I love the app but the recent update is not allowing me to pick up or make calls properly. It just keeps connecting before I or the other caller hang up, even with good internet service. It was working fine before I've already updated the app, it's the update that is causing the issue, especially based on what everyone else has been commenting. Fix the update

I had a five-star review posted but due to recent events, I have to change it to one-star. The issue is with subscription problems. We had originally subscribed to the Ad-Free Plus annual plan for $99.99/year. Everything was working great until it was time to renew. When attempting to renew, the only options were Ad-Free+ $9.99/monthly and Ad-Free Lite $1.99/mo. So I chose the Ad-Free+. However, I am still getting Ads. Chat is the ONLY support. After four techs and 3 hours... NO RESOLUTION.

I don't like the fact that it takes my number away as soon as it does, and the ads inside the app slow it down..otherwise I would rate it 5 stars. But for now, 4 stars is what I give it due to the couple of (not so serious) issues I have encountered.
