You can securely access your organization's wireless network after easy configuration using the SecureW2 JoinNow app. JoinNow only needs to be run once, then you'll be able to connect to your organization's secure Wi-Fi network.

How does it work? There are two steps that occur when you do the one-time setup:

The app will automatically download your organization's Wi-fi configuration settings and install them on your device.

Your device will connect to the network through a secure, encrypted connection.

From there on, you don't need to do anything beyond leaving JoinNow on your device. You'll be able to effortlessly connect to your network.

Please note:

Deleting the app (or deactivating it through an "app sleep" feature, as seen on Samsung devices) will remove the Wi-Fi configuration settings, interrupting your Wi-Fi connection.

Google's Android device policy is the reason why you are required to set a screen PIN lock once your device is configured for connection to secure wireless networks. This is not a SecureW2 JoinNow policy. Your screen PIN lock must be enabled, otherwise you may experience issues with connectivity.

Kind of okay on my phone but when it comes to my tablet, I cannot use the Canvas app, something that I obviously need during class or to do homework on campus. I'm using the school's wifi so there's no reason to not be able to access a school related app. This app also states that you only need to sign in once, but again when it comes to my tablet, it makes me re-sign in every day, sometimes multiple times a day.

I only have this app to connect to the internet at school. After downloading the app tripled in size which is super weird. I see no reason it should have considering it should only need to store login credentials and connect to the internet.

Didn't change any settings and it just can't connect to WiFi by itself, however other devices work just fine, it's a terrible app to use for connecting, non of the guide is helpful.

Literally the WORST!!!!!!!! I have to download this app to connect to the wifi and it doesnt even let. You need internet in order to connect to wifi in the first place and so I use my data right, but then you connect to the wifi and then the wifi doesnt even work

It lasts for a week and then forces you to restart the whole process to connect to campus wifi. Very inconsistent.

I miss just being able to log into the network. Having to download an entire app just for wifi is dumb as hell.

I like the security measures that's used, but the experience wasn't great for me. For a while, it worked fine. When I left campus & came back, the app became buggy w/ connecting back to the wifi. I uninstalled & reinstalled the app & it didn't work. I even clicked 'forget' for all networks. I read the 'help guide' and found out that all I needed to do was turn off & on my wifi setting. If it weren't for the guide, I would be frustrated. The connection performance should be further studied/fixed.

I have read the help page and it is super unhelpful. I have restarted my phone multiple time. There is no live assistance. My issue is that i never get the popup to hit yes, and allow my device to join the network

This app is horrible. I had to restart my phone multiple times to get it to work, it changed the layout of my keyboard for no reason, and now my phone is running sloggish like it has a bunch of bloatware, which is what this app is. Yeah, not a very smart decision Weber

Recently all sorts of problems with this app. Usually takes me about 30 minutes to connect and I can never figure out what I did to make it work. Used to work fine.
