I think the app is pretty awesome considering im in usa and dont have service from them. Just wish i found it sooner, i bought a program that does bout the same. Only bad thing is the layout for the map isnt big enough.

Doesnt contain functions that come as standard from other providers. When i've tried to respond to their App feedback request with suggestions their pre-populated email address doesn even exist and throws back a failure message to you! Infintie loop of despair.

"Something went wrong" and the "help" functions send me down an infinite dark loop that doesn't get me any closer to diagnosing or fixing the issue I'm having, and the website diverts me to the app.

The app is a good idea for remotely controlling your home wifi setup, however this app executes poorly. In my experience, the app hangs everytime it tries to obtain information from my network. There's is no load on my network and I'm in the same room as the router. You're still better of accessing your router through a browser, and having one less app in your library. They need to update this app, it's been a while since they released an improvement.

Great to be able to block sites and control what the kids can view etc... Easy to use in that respect but not sure if it's me but seem to be blocked from a lot of other sites even though using the 15+ rule and activating one site block in the specific list. Will need to do some research and understand it better. Other than that - easy to use!!!

This app used to work but now all it tells me is that I have no active service. Sorry but I do. Also has shown the incorrect wireless modem at times even after resetting it to the correct one repeatedly. Maybe Telstra has broken the app to stop users from checking their service and therefore alleviating the number of complaints about their NBN.

Can't see a lot of use for this app especially in regards to parental controls. Its mainly just unnecessary gloss. Would love to be able to disconnect a device/turn it off to promot my son to come out and do his jobs but parental controls unavailable. It needs to have similar qualities to the telstra gateway site but much more user friendly again. The potential is there to have this app assisting family life. I see none to date. Not impressed.

Continues to crash.... doesn't function at all. Telstra called, and operator kept telling me to use the app... which continued to crash and when we tried to log on it stated "our server unable to log you in at this time, try again later". Disgraceful customer service by Telstra. We are currently looking for an alternate internet provider.

Generally Good Service by the Telstra representatives, However the setting up of Telstra Air as the backup for Internet connection was a little confusing. I waited 6 weeks to finally get Telstra to ascertain whose responsibility it was to fix the problem. It took two Telstra representatives to come out and tell me it was the NBN Responsibility to fix, SO two days later and I received a visit from a very nice technìcian who finally got me recon.
