Why???? As if this app had not gotten bloated, taking longer to use each update, now you've made it just like the horrendous desktop site. Desktop layout is difficult to use, UI not at all user friendly, on a big screen. Now you put that functionality on a small screen. This screams how out of touch you are with the users of your product. I have already reached out to my company about switching providers. Now I will be even more vocal as they are changing other SAAS providers currently.

Constant updates changing user experience without any actual improvements that add bugs and errors. Now doesn't even register travel meal attendees even though they are added. (8/2021) Wow. Slower and buggier. How is this possible. From 2 to 1 star. (Oct 2021) Yep. Constant app bugs. Can't save receipts. Can't update expenses. Why do I try.

Horrible interface and terrible software. This is the worst expense software I have ever used and that's saying something. They're all pretty annoying but this software is basically usable. I wish our company would get rid of it but I'm sure I'll be stuck using it for a while. It's so bad I would almost rather eat the cost of driving just to avoid using it. Maybe that's why they use it, to discourage people charging things. The website isn't any better. The entire process is trash.

I've had to use this app for several years now but it seems that every update introduces another backwards step! I've read all reviews, good & bad. The developers are ignoring the users otherwise updates would fix problems. It seems like the developers are just tinkering with things to try and justify their jobs. I have too many problems with this app to list on here but rest assured SAP Concur, you will be receiving them all via the in app 'contact us'. Please don't bother to respond to this.

The absolute worst! Buggy app, slow refresh, roadblock after roadblock to complete an expense report. It takes 4 times the amount of time to complete compared to simple manual reports. One star is far too generous! It is still awful! It takes hours to complete a process that used to take 20-30 minutes.

Beyond frustrated! The app used to be great but whatever updates have been made make it the most frustrating thing I have to do within a work week . Today it won't allow me to save an expense without putting a vendor, but when I attempt to put a vendor name, no matter what I type, it says "no results found." so I have no option to save or submit bc of this glitch. Will be asking our hold co if another option besides concur can be considered.

New ui is terrible. Fuel for mileage expense now does not save the fuel type, so have to use phone and laptop to add fuel receipts. Now takes even longer to complete my expenses than it did before. Edit: support have passed this issue backwards and forwards to the pont where I can't be bothered to argue with them anymore. I'd advise any business who are thinking of using this service to think again. Support is useless, and the audit process is painfully slow.

Coworker and I both downloaded this app. When we tried to use it, it went right to the sign in page, but never asked for our initial information. We, therefore, could not sign in because we weren't recognized since Concur never allowed either one of us to input our information. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. I did this a few times and twice uninstalled and shut down my device after uninstalling. It makes no difference. When I install again, it asks me to sign in. Help

Old sign in experience stopped working, started with new sign on experience when my company finally figured that out. Worked for about 3 days. When I go in to log miles manually it won't find a single address. When I turn the mileage on it won't let me upload to my expense report.

This app is awful and I wouldn't be using it if I didn't have to. It constantly deletes receipts, changes dates on expenses (and won't let you change them back), and seems to pick and choose when you can add certain items to an expense report. Even the simple act of adding a receipt is a chore. Want to add another page to an existing receipt? Nope! Gotta delete the expense and try again. I could go on but I'm limited to 500 characters. It couldn't be a more unintuitive mess if they tried.
