Edit 12/21: Wow the brainiacs at Wingstop app fixed their app. Pixel phones with Android 12 finally work. Wingstop app blocks rooted devices. Rooted devices will display an "unknown error" message. Don't know why such security overkill is needed to buy chicken wings. I pay cash at the restaurant anyway.

Great food at Wingstop. However, sometimes it shows that a location is not taking any online orders, which I would have to call the store up myself instead of selecting over the app. Also, for some reason it doesn't let me pay over the app, but at least their is a "Pay at Store" option.

Fix the location algorithm! I usually have a great experience through the app and used to only be able to actually complete my order through the app vs. website. On my most recent order, the app automatically selected a restaurant across state lines. When the delivery person got to the restaurant, they contacted me asking if I entered the wrong address. My order was then marked as delivered even though the delivery person was still at the restaurant. I didn't receive my food nor a refund.

I love using some apps that are speculate about things that are REAL. Anyway, it is so easy to make a quick small profile where you can save points or goals where you have to accomplish the whatever "games" they throw out there to get free foods, some other materials stuff that is a great deal about it! Plus, I love me some good, extra cooked crispy wings with bone in it, that have multiple kinds of flavors to choose from the menu.

Not selecting an option isn't the same on the app as selecting not to have the option... The order walks you through all the options but if you don't want a drink it will not just let you skip that option. You have to go into the option for drink and selecting No Drink... the first few time confused me.

Usually my experience is great with this app, but this is the second time that my card is declined upon payment and my order doesn't go through despite my bank account showing multiple transactions for the same order. Very annoying since they can't refund me and I have to call my bank and open a case that takes several business days to resolve.

The app, and the website, will not let me add my new address. It keeps changing the city and zip code and doesn't let me add my apt # It's been over 5 months since the review above and it STILL hasn't been addressed! How is something as easy as an address input taking so long to fix?? Literally every other food app I use gets it right!

Easy to use and detailed well. Selections were great and was able to make the right choices when it comes to selecting the right amount of mixed sauce to wing ratio.

I get a "Unable to launch the application, Unknown Error" message when opening up the app. Tried force stopping and clearing cache, as well as reinstalling the app. No change :/ I'm able to order through the website, so that's a plus.
