I used to like and use this app all the time. I've since transferred over to a new phone and it wouldn't let me login with my current password. I changed it twice and it still didn't work. My username has been my email but when I tried to make one up, nothing worked. I really don't know why I'm having trouble logging in. Does this require the Telstra app? Please help

Unfortunately after using Telstra air for the last 14 years I find at the moment with this phone that I cannot seem to get Telstra air to load I have I have tried many different ways I tried everything to get it working and for some reason it doesn't seem to want to let me use it on this phone for the first time since I am Telstra customer.

Use Telstra app to login while under "mobile network", except there is no "mobile network" so it's a cycle of attempting to connect to the hotspot while the app fails on repeat. Registration is near impossible and even customer service is unable to Activate my service for me. Mobile page has broken hyperlinks on Chrome mobile so it just doesn't work, the space to activate the service is near impossible to find and when I do find it, it fails. Why offer a free service and gate it like this?

Absolutely dismal. No security protocols unreliable service. Constantly dropping out leaving the device without data transfer. I had to make my device forget the Air network , the constant failure to connect while in transit was disappointing having to close WiFi to continue navigation was fustrating. I've tried to reinstall months after only to find the same dismal service. Occasionally being able to connect but minutes later just drop out with in 20 km radius of Melbourne CBD VIC Australia.

Probably the worst decision I 've ever made. I should've stayed with optus. The internet connection is absolute garbage and I need to stay within the room to get at least 3 bars. At times, the internet randomly acts up and refuses to give us the quality internet we were promised. I tried to write this review on their main page on the internet browser but even then, I couldn't because the internet wasn't working. What a joke, at this point we're paying for air. (we have nbn)
