It is extremely easy boring and inaccurate. For example they used defibrillators on a patient who had a heart attack without specifying he was in fibrillation and even if they thought that was how you would restart a heart not all heart attacks make the heart stop.

The game plays like a huge tutorial on "how to play". it ends fast, & you dont get the chance to replay anything. only the last "level" which is a repeat, but they still do step by step instructions. which is annoying. then add the repetitive, & overwhelming adds... Congrats to the developer, you have created the crappiest game I've ever downloaded. I'm uninstalling. I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone

Beat the game is ~10 minutes. I like the concept, but this game was all to short. I couldn't switch freely between items, the game showed me what to do all the way through... I'm a big fan of the Trauma Center games on Nintendo DS and Wii platforms. Nostalgia ruined because of Surgeon Doctor 2018... -1 STAR because of the typos in-game. The sentence structures have mistakes. -1 STAR due to inability to switch items and it's impossible to make mistakes it seems. -1 STAR because of how short.

This game sucks. It starts off okay, but then it just keeps holding your hand through every level, telling you step by step how to do everything up until you finish the whole game 5 minutes later. It needs vast improvement. You should be able to pick the items you want to treat the patient with. And there are annoying advertisements after each 20 second surgery you complete. It needs much more development before it sees the light of day.

So far I have only got through 4 levels but it glitches a lot. Over all I think it is okay. If I could download one game I would not choose this one. The game glitches alot and the backbone surgery is impossible. The drill does not work! If the makers of the game fix this then maybe I will redownload.

It is a good game but when you start, the wounds don't really need to be treated with surgery. In hospitals they sometimes do it over a local anesthetic. I'm only a teenager and I know this. But great game btw.😊 Also the scoliosis procedure the that was just a spine injury scoliosis is a condition of the spine is a sideways curvature which can't be cured but dealt with.

Who falls on a glass window? This is way too simplified and full of grammatical errors. It took my 15 minutes to complete the entire game. Some of these aren't even surgeries.

There only a few levels but i still think its fun. I download it about a minute ago and im already done by now. The reason that i finished it already because i click and move really fast since im learning how to be a neurosurgeon when i grow up. I know this game is not for neurosurgeon and stuff but still fun❤️❤️❤️❤️

This game is not good I do not recommend. There are few levels, even though you were showed how to do the surgerys they walk you through every level, before you wipe the open wounds with the alcohol wipes and there is still blood, it looks like someone just took a red marker and started to draw on the "victim". Many more poor things with the game.
