My experience of this app has been less than positive. I only downloaded the app to book a flu jab. Eventually got that done. But in the meantime it totally buggered up my prescription which I'd ordered from the drs. It got caught up somewhere in Superdrugs system and ultimately prevented me from getting my medication! Only through a very helpful customer service lady did I manage to get it sorted. Wouldn't recommend the app tho.

After the latest update I'm not able to tick off taking my medication. It just shows how long I've had the app. And every time I open the app I keep being asked to fill out feedback it's getting rather annoying. Please sort it out or I'm going to have to uninstall it as it's useless to me.

The app seems to work great, but I don't understand how it coordinates with the pharmacy because my meds are not always ready when I go to collect them! There seems to be an element of automation missing!

DO NOT USE! Started well. However the last few months it has not been updating me on the status of prescription, which wasn't helpful. This time round they did not even send my request to my GP even after a week, I thought it was glitching out again so when I went to get my meds on the day I had ran out they wasn't there! Long story short I was in hospital because the doctors couldn't process my meds in time. I've tried customer support to no avail. Really let down.

Junk. The website says I can just walk in a get a jab. The pharmacy then says I have to book using this app. I never had the problem last year as I just walked in, paid and walked out. Superdrug just lost a customer!

Local pharmacy team talked me through the features, showed me how to use it, explained that If it sits on pending too long they decline my order & let me know to reorder or contact GP directly to find out why, they notify that its ready to collect including letting me know if the GP hasnt sent an item, they told about clicking the recieved bit once I got it so it updates the reminder for when I nxt need to order,Fantastic app, great communication in store. Well done Bitterne!
