I'm not getting any notifications for the times I should take my medication. The help centre is ridiculous. No proper answers or resolutions. Missed medications are not good. A phone number would be better than having to wait on an automated response that gives you nothing.

Works well does what I want. However the medication reminders have sopped coming through as others have noted. This is a major flaw and disapointing that is has not been addressed.

Not as reliable as the NHS prescription app. Keeps telling me I'm registered with a different GP according to my NHS Login details ( which I've verified are active with my correct GP ) Needs fixing, this is not an NHS Login problem.

So easy to use! This has saved me so much time going in with my repeat prescription form and having to call to find out when it's in, the going back to collect it. I now tap 2 buttons to order more and it tells me when it's ready, amazing!!

Apart from the very first time of using, I have never received a correct prescription. Not everything gets ordered and I don't get notified of advancement. Also, I need a service like this as I am disabled but the only collection choice given is for collection which defeats the object! I will keep trying as it's got to improve at some point, right?

In principle it should be great, but several times I've had issues with prescriptions and had to call the pharmacy directly. At this point I've been without daily blood pressure meds for 4 days because someone forgot to update something in the app when they processed the order, so I'd suggest if your meds are vital, maybe don't rely on this service just yet. Whatever processes are happening in the background obviously need reviewed and fixed.

Suggested improvement: if you type the medication balance & the date you run out, it would be good if it automatically ordered repeat prescriptions 7 days prior to running out. Or if it sent a text or email to remind you to place an order for repeat medication 7 days before your medication runs out. Once you set it up, it's excellent, you can set reminder alarms to take your medication & it displays how many weeks you have left, before you run out (see advice suggestion to automate ordering)

I like this app but it goes a bit skewy (is that a word) with repeat dates.I have been caught out a couple of times running out of meds because of trusting app,my own fault really because I should have kept an eye on my messages physically. I will say if you use the app keep an eye 9n your meds anyway as normal. Nevertheless it is a good tool.

It was glitchy before, would show prescription waiting approval, when you checked, it had never gone in. Now anyone not computer or tech savvy is in for a real treat. Passwords, questions and no clear guidance. I would use NHS app, but that also has no record of my history! You couldn't make it up. I dread to think how my 80 year old mum would cope.
