Worst app I have ever used. The support phone number is asking you to select the city and once you choose your city it will put you on hold and eventually it got disconnected. If you sent email you will never received a reply from them. So in a nutshell , if during your booking process your amount was deducted and due to some Network latency you didn't got your booking then you will never get a refund. If a bus driver left the place before the scheduled time then also you do not have an option to complain about it. So go for alternative option if you have any.

The biggest problem with this app is that there is no effective helpdesk for addressing the complaints. Though there is a number available within the app, but most of the time it is not available. Even if someone picks up the phone after several attempts and takes note of the complain but it is not addressed in reality even after month. Couple of times I faced a situation that the shuttle car did not pick me up from the stoppage. I raised the complaint and also sent mail to support desk. But neither my money was returned nor anybody replied to my mail. If this type of problem happens with the passenger then it is really a horrible experience to avail this ride.

Horrible experience! Live tracking is not available and the driver also rejects the calls. Had to wait 20-25 mins before realising that the cab won't be coming. The customer service is also a joke. The playstore ratings speak for themselves. If you're thinking of downloading the app, please spare yourself the inconvenience!!

The app doesn't show routes for delhi-ncr anymore. I used to travel between office and metro stations with this which was easy, convenient and great on pocket. Now it shows 'No routes available right now'. Has streetline stopped it's operations in delhi-ncr (Gurgaon specifically)?

Wastage of money!!! Worst app...booked two times and both the cases could not get their cab...first time the driver's phone was switched off and he did not stop at the specified stop and second time the cab was late by 20 mins but there was no option to cancel the cab..no response from helpdesk...

Pathetic service and bus conditions. Jo improvement in bus condition in spite of regular mails. The bus in good condition was replaced with filthy bus and fare also increased. now the bus is removed from route. Not worth trying. Just for information, but route from Sec 28, faridabad to Iffco chowk gurgaon.

Bus tracking facility never works!!! Bought a bus pass and due to bad app...even though my 12 rides were remaining...shuttle pass was marked as complete. And I have been trying to get the refund from past 2 weeks...but no luck. Customer care guy says "Sir ko bata diya" and sir se baat karaane ko bolo to sir kabhi available hi nhi hote!

Worse experience today. Today in the bad rainy weather wasted more than an hour from 8:40pm waiting for the cab but it didn't arrived at all. Called the driver, mobile was switched off. Tried to call the helpline no, after selecting the Kolkata location it played music and disconnected. I am supposed to reach home by 9:50pm but because of waiting missed other options and reached home at 11:30pm. Suggesting others not to rely on this service.

Kudos to the team. A great thing you did was provide the driver's contact so that he may be contacted just in case the person is 1-2 minutes late. I was just 70-80 metres behind the vehicle, called the driver, asked him to wait. Thanks to you, i was able to board. Else I'd have to find another way to commute to home.

Pathetic app. Doesn't show positive of the car properly, neither the remaining time properly. Please fix it asap. It's a high priority bug. Also no option to buy pass although it's showing option to buy pass. Please fix on next update.
