Every time I turn on the app it says "permission denied". But when I go to Play store and click on open, it works. How do I fix ? Both Bluetooth and location are activated.

Every now and then, the app asks me to register again for "security reasons" with a captcha. When I do it, it forgets my saved sanitary pass, so I assume that it is also wiping the recorded contact tracing activity. This make it quite useless, and I've replaced the app with a simple screenshot of my scan code which is way more reliable.

I am having an issue. I have been vaccinated in Turkey and downloaded my vaccine certificates to TousAntiCovid. On my phone the app shows my 2 vaccines (pfizer) and dates and curate a QR code. However, when I go in to public places like a restaurant, when they scan my QR code it says not valid. Can you please help me? This affects my daily life substantially in France.

I was told today (7 July 2021) that I needed to update the app and then re-register to use it. I did this and to my horror found my vaccine certificates, and my EU Digital Certificate had been deleted. Unless there is no other option DONT UPDATE. I can do without this hassle. ****************************************** The exact issue occurred again today (6 August 2021). After the problem of this time last month I won't be using it as designed. I can still open my certificates so I'm out.

EDIT: despite being in contact with someone a few days before they got tested positive and reported it in the app, I did not get notified. The support service just copy pastes health recommandations and says "it will work next time" without trying to fix it or escapating it to the devs. ORIGINAL: Interface mostly available in English, with clear explanations on how the app works, privacy protection, etc and I didn't notice much battery drain.

I had the same problem as Adrian and Eamonn in that the App said 'an update is available' but PlayStore did not find one, even after restarting the phone and eventually uninstalling/reinstalling the App (yes, it did lose my Certificate which I had to rescan later). The 'problematic' App version was 3.6.0. I then simply cleared the Playstore Cache (Application Manager/Google PlayStore/Storage/Clear Cache on my Samsung device) and PlayStore immediately found the new version 3.6.1

Printed my NHS QR codes and scanned in to the app. Has worked fine in all French bars and restaurants so far

Wow! Very well done... I know there are tons of voices out there complaining how this is an infringement on thier rights, but wow what a great roll out of the program in France. It was impressive seeing even small businesses like a cafe in Correze checking my vaccine status flawlessly, but this app takes it to another level. Imagine that! A government actually trying to deal with a natural catastrophe and executing such a complex solution so fast and effectively. Sad my US can't accomplish this.

I just want to keep my passes somewhere why do I have to kill my battery life with their scuffed mandatory Bluetooth detection, I'm uninstalling this. I'll keep pdf files thank you very much

I have been using the app since early on,and haven't had any problems with it at all. It is so convenient for the exemption certificate, keeps your info so you don't continuously have to type the obvious info in. No notifications thankfully yet, but I am hoping it is being effective!
