Cet espace, ne nécessitant aucune authentification, vous permet d’accéder à neuf différentes rubriques à savoir : 
Agences :
Visualisez toutes les agences STB en mode « Liste » ou « Carte ». 
GAB :
Trouvez les Guichets Automatiques Bancaires de la STB en mode « Liste » ou « Carte ». 
Historique TMM :
Accédez à l’historique du TMM en fonction des années. 
Cours de change :
Informez-vous sur les prix de vente et d’achat par pays et convertissez vos devises. 
Nos produits :
Découvrez la large gamme des produits proposés par la STB. 
Simulation d’un crédit :
Utilisez le simulateur pour effectuer une simulation et pour avoir plus de détails sur le capital empruntable. 
Simulation d’un placement : 
Calculez facilement le taux d’intérêt du capital que vous avez placé après avoir fixé le type de crédit ainsi que la durée de remboursement. 
Réclamation :
Vous avez la possibilité d’envoyer un e-mail directement à votre agence.

II- Espace Client :
L'authentification est requise pour cet espace. Introduisez, ainsi, vos paramètres d’accès (login, mot de passe) et accédez à de nombreuses fonctionnalités. 
Comptes :
Accédez à la liste de tous vos comptes bancaires ouverts auprès de la STB et choisissez l’un de vos comptes afin de connaître ses détails en termes de mouvements, dates des opérations et solde durant la semaine en cours. 
Vous pouvez, également, fixer une période déterminée via le bouton « Calendrier » et accéder aux mouvements de votre compte durant cette période précise et visualiser ces mouvements sous forme de « Courbe » . 
RIB/IBAN :
En cas de besoin, vous pouvez facilement accéder à vos coordonnées bancaires RIB et IBAN via cette interface. 
Engagements : 
Ici, vous trouverez la liste des crédits que vous avez octroyé auprès de la STB. 
Impayés :
Vous pouvez vérifier votre impayé financier, commercial ou votre incident chèque. 
Placements :
La liste des placements par compte est mise à votre disposition via cette rubrique. 
Bourse :
La STB vous permet d’accéder à « Liste des titres » et « Liste des SICAV »
Cartes Bancaires :
Accédez à la liste des cartes bancaires par compte et suivez leurs mouvements. 
Virements :
Après avoir sélectionné votre compte bancaire auprès duquel vous allez effectuer le virement, vous devez préciser la nature du virement (unitaire, mensuel, trimestriel, semestriel, annuel) et fixer le RIB du bénéficiaire ainsi que son nom et le montant à transférer avant de valider. Vous pouvez, également, accéder à l’ « Historique » de vos anciens virements. 
A.V.A :
Vérifiez la liste de toutes les AVA obtenues via cet espace. 

Oppositions :
Informez-vous sur les oppositions relatives à chacun des services suivants, en accédant à leurs détails : Cartes bancaires, Chèques, Effet de commerce, Livret d’Epargne. 
Messagerie :
Vos boites de réception et d’envoi sont accessibles à portée de main. Vous pouvez aussi choisir votre destinataire « Agence » ou « Siège » afin d’adresser votre. 
Commandes :
Vous avez le choix dans cet espace de consulter soit votre « Demande de Cartes » soit votre « Demande de chéquiers ».
« Demande de Cartes » vous permet de passer vos demandes de cartes via un simple formulaire à remplir et « Demande de chéquier » vous permet de vérifier l’état de votre demande (en instance, validée) ainsi que la nature des chéquiers demandés et d’accéder à l’historique de vos anciennes demandes. 
Paramètres :
C’est ici que vous pouvez changer en quelques minutes votre mot de passe. Il suffit d’introduire l’ancien et de taper le nouveau puis de confirmer.

 Accounts:
Access the list of all your bank accounts with the STB and choose one of your accounts to know its details in terms of movements, dates of operations and balance during the current week.
