Excellence, is how I'd best describe the app (likewise the products sold by Soundcore) hat is easy to use. Not to mention there affordable products with sound actually quite honestly amazing. I bought and own the "Select Pro" (speaker), an "Life Tune" headphones. Equally solid (in there own respectful category... Definitely gonna continue to make them my choice. The quality an the price just is not out there. Quality an affordable pricing isn't beatable!

Incredibly average. Compared to almost every other bluetooth headphone app I've used, this one is lacking the ability to show the battery level of the charging case, as well as only displaying the charge of the earbuds with a picture of a battery 🔋 instead of an actual numerical value of battery level. The widget definitely needs more added functionality instead of only a toggle between transparency on or off. SoundID is good; along with the equalizer in general. Not a bad app,just ok R/N.

Tap function glitchy but overall experience quite good. Great sound quality and customization. Call quality and noise cancellation fantastic. Overall design exceptionally good and I'm very critical. I did extensive research before purchase and glad I did. Hopefully my minor complaints will be resolved with an update. I am a value seeking consumer who is pleased with my purchase. Anker who is known for their competitiveness has delivered. With a little tweeking they will be near perfect.

Makes operation a breeze especially pairing 2 of them just wish the default eq setting was adjustable for the bass boost I just purchased the soundcore select pro on a Black Friday deal, when I made the salesperson demo it for me, I got mine right from the rip, and the crowd that gathered as I was putting it through it's paces, 3 more units besides mine left the shelves ! So need I say more about the best kept secret in Bluetooth audio ? NOTHING beats this unit at this price point !

This is a pretty convenient app. The only issues I have is that a lot of the time the widget hasn't recognized that the earbuds are connected and it takes quit a while to use it. It would also be nice to have some additional noise canceling options, especially if it let me customize how it's canceling sounds instead of the handful of options it has.

Well what can I say, the app allows me to adjust the sound system of the device to my preferences. Also it updates the firmware which I don't know what it updated but if it's for the better then I cool with it. Overall I very pleased with the app and recommend it to everyone who buys Soundcore speakers.

The difference between soundcore and other earbud companies is you can tell they design their app and their earbuds around what customers are looking for by their customer service and all of the different ways you can provide feedback throughout the sound core community. They really do listen and that's why they shot to one of the best earbuds you can buy in such a short amount of time.

This app works great for me. The many options for premade EQ's are nice. Hear ID is also a nice option. I have mine made and I can hear the differences. Keep up the good work.

Awesome if you know how to adjust your levels.. also try with apple music. The high res lossless and the lossless streaming option is awesome. It does consume data. But I think outdoes YouTube music for now.

Would rate -100/10 Absolutely a waste of money. They never work probably and always disconnect for no reason and then dont connect to my device for a while than randomly start working again. Garbage head phones.
