Could you text me and tell me what this is supposed to actually do if your getting your phone from Boost or a different one do you really need the icon of sprint spot thought because I would really like to know more about it I haven't learned really what it's for so I erased it maybe that hurt me and let me know I think most people would like to know what it's for and when they can't figure it out they just using up their power

I never installed this on my cell. It just appeared one day. It has never worked on my cells and kills my cells IP and wifi connectivity but constantly runs in the background and eats up 5mg of my data mins in just 3 days of a renewal. Once it installs itself on one of my cells my cell is as good as trashed. 3 months of talking with customer reps to try and get my cell fixed to no avail. If this appears on your cell Immediately uninstall or disable it! Mite save your cell.

I do not appreciate having pre-installed apps that I can't get rid of on my phone, particularly when it is bundled into a major update that's necessary for the phone to function properly. Considering the money Sprint makes their customers pay each month for services rendered AND the phone itself, having bloatware forcefully installed on the phone is not agreeable. AT ALL.

You should ask before hand before just coming packed with our Android os. I can't uninstall your app and would like to do so but you bundling it into the os makes it impossible. All business should look at the overall effect their forcing apps into their customers like this. It makes for bad business practices. Let the customer decided if THEY want your app installed when the os is downloaded. If not, don't install. Simple fix.

Most of the apps in the "app store " were originally for the customers in which purchased either a computer or a phone, in which this case is Sprint. Si, just a little heads up, it's not that these apps are bad, or don't work properly, as in some cases they do not, rather most of the time is is a conflict of interest between service providers that the apps don't work properly. Like someone trying to use a Sprint app on a phone provided by Cricket.

people just don't update it. ignore it as if it does not exist and it will not effect you. I went through the same issues I am reading here about usless, can't uninstall and since I stopped when I got this phone a year ago and ignored it, no problems. mine says open and update I do neither! I have autoupdate turned off and I just ignore, therefore no issues.

Somehow I got billed $70 and never signed up!! Then I noticed it was coming up as an add. It was checked off already! I saw it again and I'm waiting for Sprint to say sorry again. Although they refunded me the money on my bill. It would have been nice if they put the$70 on my card.

I just un-installed this app at the play store with no problem. It came pre-installed. So if you are able to do so, and are a Boost Mobile customer, do it. Can't find any documentation on it's purpose. I personally don't want any association with Sprint. They are overpriced and have horrible customer service.

More bloatware that I did NOT download, want, nor need. I didn't, even, know I had it until I went to update something else and it popped up. I have another app to do the exact same thing it says it does. Just something else to eat up my memory. Urgh!!

I had to come onto Google play just to read what this app was. I tried to open it and it wanted my location and be able to control my phone calls, so I said no because idk what this app is. it doesn't give you any indication of what it does unless you give it the permissions it wants. I figured it was garbage, based on the reviews and description of the app I was right.
