    Dude this is amazing It really works First i thought it would be a scam but its only my beginner level and im only 2 inches above the ground with less pain while doing the splits. Obviously its also depends on person to person for the flexibility. Mostly for inflexible ppl it would take some time but it will improve ur flexibility. Patience is the key to success. It only works if u do the planned exercises daily.

    Love this app! Wasn't expecting much tbh but it is great actually, I am on day 4 and my hamstrings, calves etc are so sore and I love it! Great stretch workout, easy to follow, customisable, I am really looking forward to seeing the progress after 30 or more days, started with beginner and I'm gonna try to do all 3! Ty for the app! EDIT - After beginner 30 days I feel great, will do all 3 levels! Great app,highly recommend for flexibility, I will report after 90 days if I can do the splits! TY

    I'm so close to splits! It's only day 13 and I'm almost in the splits! I'm only doing the easy mode as well! I actually get genuinely excited to do the stretches everyday as it makes me feel really good! When I started I couldn't even get my back knee on the floor and now I'm almost in the splits! Would recommend, if you work hard you can 100% do it!

The best of app is it has guided excrises which are available in many languages and we just have to focus on excises no need to constantly check time during excrise because the app alerts u.     Gives a standard training program for flexibility. Has good instructions. The biggest problem is that there are a several frequently used stretches that do not give any benefit unless you have a high level of flexibility. Thus you are often forced to figure out an alternative yourself, or waste your time and never improve.

    This is extraordinary. I was trying to get my splits and then I saw this app. When I checked it's ratings I knew that this was the perfect app. So I installed it. I started from intermediate cause I have done the splits before but I just forgot😂 But on the first day I got my splits!!! This app is awesome. I really recommend it.

    I am not a flexible person at all! So I was never expecting to gain the splits from this app. I have ridiculously tight hamstrings and hip flexors. Any attempt previously of me touching my toes was laughable. I'm half way into this, I obviously am no where near the splits. I have barely seen any changes in my splits attempts (yet). However, the constant pain I get from my tight hamstrings is subsiding considerably. This app works! I cannot touch my toes yet, but I'm about 10cm closer :)

    Adds at the beginning and at the end of the workout so they're there but there's no issue at all! You can make your own mix of workouts or follow their routine. You can skip an exercise if it's too difficult and try again in the next session. The results come from discipline really show if you're disciplined.

    Feels like I'm doing the stretches properly rather than just copying a video. The stretches progress in difficulty as the days go on, some have a choice between easy/standard versions. Text can tell you how to get into the position and the audio describes how what muscles you're stretching.

    I love this app. Until I switched phones and even when I sign into my Google play account it doesn't show my progress I made on my other phone. I should be able to transfer that over but its not seeming to register that I'm on the same account

    It's a great app. Keeps you in motion. I would suggest in the images during the exercises to show in red the body of the area that is supposed to be stretched so that it's easier for the trainee to understand and assume the position.

    If you suffer from any type of glute weakness, leg/back pain or just general stiffness and tightness, I strongly suggest this app. I am a very overweight female and I'm incredibly weak and constantly tight.     Good app for stretching. Commercials are reasonable, only in the beginning and in the end. No in-between interruptions.

    Its great, but everytime i go onto the next workout an ad pops up and completely covers the workouts. I have to get up everytime to click on the workout again and its very annoying

    It is really fantastic app but it really lacks of variety of buttocks and abs routines. It would be incredible to have one app that have all the routines from Buttocks workout app by Simple Design and all routines and options that have that one.
