I don't usually leave reviews but this one really made me leave one. Actually the most seamless and straight to point with a much more credit limit then other apps. Got myself a credit limit of Rs. 24320. It even has 0% interest EMI for 3 months on many items. And best thing is you can use it to buy anything in most of the major e-commerce sites like Amazon and Flipkart.

Dear friends I have buy more than 5 products in this app at first the service is excellent but now after paying the emi my credit limit has not been updated it is saying (you can make your purchase once few of your emis are paid) it has been more than 8 days but costomer service is very poor they are not even responding though calls or by chat how many times I have send messages they are not even responding please take care of the costomer service and my issue

I ordered a product and paid the downpayment but the order has not been dispatched yet by the company and the customer care service doesn't even reply to my queries. Moreover that, the contact number these people have given for customer care service is again of no use. I cannot even cancel the product and claim a refund. These people do not even reply to our mails. I regret trusting snapmint. Do something ASAP.

There is no compitator for this app, you can have smartphone if you have pan card and bank account no credit card and no bank statement is required There is no other app like this till now customer support is bit slow but they will support. Emi rates are also low, you can trust this app

This is an excellent app. Charges and interest rates are very reasonable. Very very low, in fact, as compared to others platforms. Customer service is excellent too. Overall I'm very happy using this app. I could have been more happy, if they could provide personal loan facility. So that customers lend money during urgency. Other than that, I didn't find any cons. But that simple facility could have taken the user experience to next level.

This is one of the best credit/emi apps out there. Unlike some other apps that I wouldn't name, they have a clear policy of the usage charges and everything. I had a bit of hiccup but they helped me with it, ngl i panicked alot and wrote my issue in review here. So, I'm reverting back to my previous review. Great experience overall.

I have revived otp form your side and then I made the payments .pls check with your side I had already mailed details of payments. If it is not solved by tomorrow will lodge complaint with cyber crime police.pls do needful .

change of review. After contacting the developer from the review section on google app store. I got a call asking what is my problem. Before that i emailed and messaged snapmint customer service seeking for a refund. After some time, the refund was processed within some hours and was credited in my bank account. The customer service should be improved as there is no satisfactory response from live fresh chat on the app itself. If you don't know how to deal with this perfectly then you're screwed
