SmartToken is a mobile banking application designed for ČSOB clients, as a two-factor authorization (2FA) app, which is used for electronic signature and client login in ČSOB electronic banking services. Each generated code is unique and its validity is limited in time. The application must be activated before first use. For activation you need a identification number, PIN and unique activation key from an SMS, or obtained through a branch or CSOB Infoline. An internet connection is required to activate the application. After aktivation can also be used as offline app. Never provide the generated codes to other persons and do not enter them into websites and applications that do not belong to ČSOB. The Bank will never ask you to send or notify the code generated by the SmartToken application or other security codes. For security reasons, this application does not work on root or otherwise modified operating systems and devices. © 2023 ČSOB Slovensko

This is the third time I have to reinstall this "Smart"Token. It never works properly. And if it is not fixed soon, I will change the bank, as this is just ridiculous.

Quite weak 2FA apps compared to other banks I use. Need to type back generated token from phone to IB, instead of just confirming via phone. Once activated I did not find an option to validate via SMS or somehow else (as a fallback, i.e. if camera unable to capture the qr code - happened already). Sometimes it forgetts to offer fingerprint verification (usually first payment/login works with fingerprint, subsequent payments show only PIN but no fingerprint).

Real pain in the ass. 1. It wants my bank pin, this means I need to give my bank pin to another app, wow bad! 2. It requires me to create new pin for this. App, wow so now I have 2 pins to ČSOB - Well done to move away from this bank 3. Then it requires to jump between screens sms and pc screen and. Shuffle with codes and pictures, for all requires permission to my location and phone status and I do not know what. 4 I do not feel more secure or happier. Just opposite. 5. PC screen announcements

Guys fix this goddamnit application ASAP! It doesn't work since Feb 1st update: "No internet connection" issue! Your support says you're working on it at the moment, but it's already 2 weeks past, where is the result??

Very bad behavior of this application. When I insert the PIN it gets crashed. I already reported this bug. I just want to express my experience with this tool to developer and to our disappointed community.

Edit2: updated today, and still see the message "Nastala chyba v komunikacii s bankou" with the wi-fi symbol in the background. As I wrote in my original review, your app doesn't work, however much you'd like to believe it does. Do your job and fix it instead of arguing with your paying customers.

This app should not even exist as a standalone application. It should be inbuilt into the SmartBanking app. The whole approach is wrong. Whoever planned this should have done some brainstorming with knowledgeable experts first.

Same thing as before - app complains about the phone not complying with some security standards (without even specifying what exactly is the issue) and stops.

Totally useless... it requires another password + it changes limits for operations... definitely the worst banking app ever...
