This app doesn't need to exist. It's reinventing the 2FA wheel, which Google Authenticator already does without bugs. I wasted half an hour today on the phone with customer support trying to solve an uninformative "An error occurred. Try again later".

It ask me to update forever. Although latest version is installed it say To continue using this application please update. I cannot pay and there is nobady to call. I found the rootcause. This app does not function corectly on dual SIM networks when you change the principal network (no signal available) this is a design flaw.

[Edit] New versions of the application are much better, the initial review was for old releases. This application is simply broken. I activated the app and it seemed to work until I switched to another app. When I tried to use the app it said it was deactivated and then got stuck in a loop. It asks for a new pin and a pseudonym then it crashes. Why do you keep pushing this app on the login page for online banking when you know it is broken?

Useless app which you cannot use it if you don't update it. Being forced to update the app is a big No No

Installed the app on a new phone and it requests a 6 alphanumeric activation code but all you get following their guide is a 8 alphanumeric code. Moreover the code field converts everything to uppercase whereas the received activation code is case sensitive. Useless: app, code, support. Just a useless app with access to my personal data. Are you for real? Later edit: it's a different procedure when changing phone. Nobody cares to tell. Tried: Phone/mail/PlayStore. 29/06/21 - more problems. -1*
