Using it for years now. Travel the world with it and no problem ever. Excellent app, card and service. They actually prevented a fraudulent charge to my card, that was really helpful. I like it a lot. If I have to mention something that I would change is the UX (design and display of info), I find the previous one a bit more comfortable than the one done on the latest update. Still really good card.

Maybe I am not the most technically minded chap but I have really struggled to get my physical card validated for use. What I really needed was a brief chat on the phone to find out what the issue was, but there is no way of speaking with somebody it seems. I have the app on my phone but finding the 'chat' there was hardly easy, it's buried behind the little 'account name blob at the top left of the home screen, under 'help' and at the bottom of the list! Not recommending, may switch to Monza!

I highly rate Revolut . If you have a problem just type live agent . You can leave a message there for them and they will get back to you . It good that you can go back over the previous month's and account for your spending .you can also email their complaint section if something is wrong .they once were shutting down my wife's revolut account. We stood our ground and lodged a formal complaint . They checked the matter out and left my wife keep her account and compensated her by giving her 50e

It's a very good service, the value proposition is great, you really get some good fx savings using Revolut. However support isn't as great and there are tons of bugs on the desktop version and mobile app. Both versions are very disconnected and offer very different flows and features, easy to make someone who navigates between both platforms very easily confused.

The app won't let me create an account. I tried reaching out to them via mail and their website but they have absolutely no support facilities for people trying to onboard with them. The only customer support they have is in their mobile app which can only be used if you are onboarded. It's a deadlock and the company positions itself in a way that they are not open to new subscribers. Tried reaching them for a week and finally gave up.

I've been using Revolut for more than 2 years and I think it's great as a secondary bank. I've even used it as my primary account for a few months, got my salary paid into Revolut and used their debit card without any issue. There are some cool features I enjoy like analytics and investing change with each purchase. Overall I'd say it's a very convenient app.

Handy banking app with modern features most banks don't have. Transfer of funds to other people is instant and free, unlike your conventional bank. I get cash back for using my revolut card for purchases. I also invest in stocks/crypto using this app but the charges can be a bit high(especially crypto) So do understand that if you intend to trade. 5/5 a modern banking app, for a modern world. Best feature: single use debit card - that is destroyed after a single purchase, protecting you.

I thought I'd try out the app to see if initially it would give me a similar or better view of my finances Vs Yolt and then I would look at the benefits of the account aftee...I found the app difficult to navigate and the output from connecting my bank accounts seems quite messy and again not easy to understand at a glance when in contrast I find Yolt to be easy to setup and use. I will be deleting my account and uninstalling the app as a result.

Overall - So far so good. Great exchange rates, very quick transactions. I managed to deposit an amount in default currency from my bank account , exchange to Eur and sent the Eur amount back to my bank account in less then 24hours. 👍 Investment - The option to invest in fractional shares is a plus. Quick access to US shares, but somewhat limited. Suitable for beginners. Custudy is provided by DriveWealth so no direct ownership of shares. Crypto - very basic, no control over private keys.

The service is five stars, the app is two stars and seems to becoming worse every update. Most annoying things: 1. Each update has literally no info on what changed or which bugs were corrected. 2. Many parts and in some cases complete panels are just advertising services. 3. The graphs have been made to look good and stylish but lack accuracy and functionality. Focus should changed to provide info and help make judgements. Now, need to go elsewhere to see history or evolution of a currency
