This product is now just an expensive light as there is no support for this app and the horn music function as per Sengled Australia head office. Was told to return the unit to Bunnings. Too bad my electrician has already installed four of these in my new home. ACCC time. Disgraceful Sengled, your app hasn't been updated since May 2017 yet you kept selling these systems knowing the app didn't work and you weren't updating it.

Rubbish, totally rubbish. Waste of money. Just don't buy,save your money for holidays. Disappointed. Don't connect to the app. And when connects just disappeared from the app.

No product support and the App needs an update. Brought this product as it was paired with a leading brand like JBL but ultimately its a poor system Do not buy their are plenty of better systems on the market that work much better.

You CAN'T connect to their server since their server is down. Sengled Flex uses WiFi connection, not BT which makes your light useless... I mean, you buy a speaker bulb but it doesn't have speaker.

Purchased light and installed app to find error not able to connect to server. Rang local distributor in australia to be told that this has been a problem for 3 months and there is no set timeframe for it to be working. Glad i spent $249 for a light. Good work sengled.

Software is buggy as hell for controlling music. The lighting control seems ok. I have about a 20% success rate at getting music to play properly through the app. My wife has the apple version and can reliably access our NAS stored music library, whereas I can't see the NAS library through the android app most of the time. I can usually send music to it as a dlna renderer on my network fron BubbleUpnp, but sometimes it ends up playing some other tracks than the ones i send. It's like it has an internal playlist that you can't access or manage. Rebooting the lights seems to clear the playlist, but i don't want to keep doing tgat.

Waste of money on the sengled flex bulb the app is very limited and full of bugs freezes and crashes with zero after sales support. Do not buy this garbage.

Purchased the Sengled Flex and am unable to connect to the server. Keep getting server busy error. Product unusable without the app. Waste of money at this stage.

Just waste of money because this app is not connecting to the server it shows busy so please don't waste your time in this app.
