Won't connect with Google Fit. Apple is counter intuitive. Ease to loose memory track of Excercise if you pressed wrong button. Hard to skip back and forth between Excercises. The app is the biggest flaw of my $600 set.

Good for exercises. Bad for explanations and user interface. In between workouts you are unable to preview the next one and the descriptions of workouts do not match the videos that are available. For example one will say lift your feet off the ground but the person has your feet firmly on the ground as they are doing the core exercises. This app has a lot of potential but is clearly not being utilized fully by the developers/business

This is a basic app that does a pretty good job of tracking your workouts using the Bowflex dumbells. I just finished the last day of the 6 week challenge and I gained a lot of strength and muscle! I wish there were more plans already made, but overall this has been a great tool.

I've been using the app/weights for about a month. I like the workouts provided and the app tracks the reps almost perfect. The only issue I see is when it syncs to Google Fit. The work out syncs fine, but the time of the work out is logged as the time I finished. Google Fit thinks this is the time the work out started. So if I workout at 6AM for 30 min, the time of the workout is logged at 6:30. Google Fit thinks the workout is from 6:30-7:00. This wouldn't seem like much of an issue, but after the weight training I do a 14min workout on the Max Trainer 6:30-6:44. The Max Trainer workout doesn't get logged into Google Fit because it thinks I've already done a workout during this time frame. All is fine if workouts done separately or spaced further apart. Hope this will get fixed in a future update. Other wise liking the products.

Never updated. Would be nice to have more than one pre-built work out. Lots of exercises to choose from to build your own. Kinda clunky but works.

Great workout. So so app. This app needs the ability to edit records and workouts. it always defaults to the previous weight used. so if you go from using a 35# weight to 25# you can't go back and change the weight once it is recorded. this app needs the ability to edit and delete work outs, weights used, and records. I would give it 5 stars if it had edit and delete options.

I like the library of exercises and the videos are helpful. I'm disappointed that I cannot adjust the sets for an exercise though. When i deleted an exercise from a custom workout and then added it back in, the sets doubled from the last time I added that exercise. I hope to hear that your team fixes these issues as I would like to use the app in the future for tracking. UPDATE: I appreciated being contacted by Nautilus. Editing sets issue resolved. Very professional team.

It's barely OK, with several flaws. UI is clunky, cant go back to certain workout and progress don't get save midpoint. So, if the app closes during workout, you have to manually remember and add the reps and weights again. "App does the thinking for you". Certainly Not because it does not select the weights for you at all. Also, some of the video workouts are still wrong and have not been updated as per previous comments.

The workouts are great. There is a six week challenge, but really it goes up to 12 weeks. I gave it 4 stars because there is a major negative with this app. Definitely do not expect to connect to Google Fit like it advertises!!! I have been trying to connect for over a month with no success. Other than that, the exercises are challenging. There are demonstration videos, but you have to watch them before starting the workout. I recommend this app!!
