Mobirix are exactly the sort of publisher I hate. It's not that the games aren't sometimes good - this is a fairly decent version of Samurai Aces - it's that every single game of theirs has plenty of options for buying in-game gems (generally meaning there's a paywall) but never an option to get rid of the regular intrusive ads. Combine that with the generic, insincere responses to game feedback and you have a greed-driven publisher who doesn't give a **** about its userbase. Appalling.

Upgraded review down to one because of infrequent nonsense ads. I've uninstalled all Mobirix shooting classic titles. Would rather pay a premium to download the game without the ads. 10/09/2020 update from Mobirix response Let's hope the release of Psikyo collection doesn't contain the amount of nonsense ads. On Free-to-play ports, it was fine to have ads at the and of play, but nowadays you see far too many ads at the start and at intervals that have no interest and really frustrating.

Looks and plays just like the arcade coin up. Psikyo's first shump/shoot-em-up title before the Games Developer became a recognised name when they followed up with titles like Gunbird, Striker's 1945, Tengai, Zero Gunner, Space Bomber.
