1. Defining the pickup location should be easier and accurate, can be improved a lot. 2. The remaining balance can be added in the account, some times it is hard to find change on both ends the passenger and the driver. 3. Rides tracker should be there so that if something remains inside the vehicle after the ride the driver can be approached quickly and easily.

I have never been able to use it for once. Most times when I use it, it always disappoints me, so I quickly switch to Uber or careem because of my time. It have wasted my time a lot. I still have it in my phone but it's as if its not functioning. INSHA'ALLAH if this service gets better I can start using it again. I am having some trouble, whenever i book a ride ans i don't get a driver of my choice, the driver search continues to find new one's but no driver appears for 5 minutes or more, ultimately i have to cancel the ride and repeat my request. Kindly set a timer for search so that, i won't get a hit of cancel in my ride requests which results in downgrading my visibility to book new rides.

1-some captains are very easy going about canceling the order after the customer wait for ten minutes for example! 2-In Batu & Malang cities in Indonesia many many times the app keeps showing (searching for a driver) for a very long time without any result.. even if you are not very far from downtown! at the end you have to cancel after waiting for a long time.. then order from one of the other local fast apps!

It started fine, then it has become worse than other apps. Drivers accept trips and either call asking for canceling the trip from my side or don't move from their location pushing me to cancel the trip. Important note is in other apps, the app shows the actual time the driver takes to reach you, while this app shows the driver is getting closer although he hasn't moved.

This is a bad app,very slow,the driver accept request first than cancel after 3-4mins,and you can't even complain about driver,so this app needs a lot of improvement,I recommend uber.

Drivers don't carry change. Defeats the purpose of fixing a fare. The map is outdated and not accurate at all. The drivers claim they don't see the location and just drive around for some time before they finally reach you. The comfort option is deceiving, the quality of the cars is no where near that.

This app is a good alternative to Uber and Careem. Although a wallet option would be appreciated because it's not always you or the driver has exact change. The rates are comparatively cheaper. I wish the devs behind this wonderful app don't become greedy and fudge things up. Otherwise, it's a well designed app that serves the purpose.

App is great and user friendly 👍🏼☺️ I also bring to the notice of your office, that the rates that the customer offers should start from the base rate i.e customer should not be allowed offer a lower price and subsequently come to the price that they want to give, I'm saying that the rates should start as per the calculation of the app, (which should be practical) not a hypothetical figure! For the rider hesitates to take the ride, not to mention the outrageous increase in the petrol prices.
