I installed and it says installed,then I get message saying its not installed. I am so confused and I am so done with this McAfee. I have not one good thing to say about it. Randomly disconnects on my Android device. I have app set to automatically turn on with cell phone or Wi-Fi connection. It does sometimes, and sometimes it does not. When I try to connect it manually I keep getting the same error message. When I tried to send an email regarding this to McAfee I got the same error message. "Oops. Something went wrong!" Not helpful Note: I have double checked all of my settings. I make sure they're exactly the same to try to turn it on. It works or it doesn't

Recently been having issues connecting. I've contacted customer service and they keep telling me to uninstall then install again. Yes that does fix it but only temporary. Then it goes back to not connecting. It's just stuck on the main page, trying to connect and never does. Waste of time and I paid for a years subscription. It's annoying having to uninstall all the time

worthless, I am having the same problem as many reported. The McAfee response is to connect to McAfee support. 45 minutes in (after 1 full day attempting to get a human) and I still am no better off. I guess I will return to AVG.

It keeps coming on when I have it set to only come on when I turn it on. It's also causing problems on apps it's turned off of. It's turning on when I am using a trusted network. It won't let me report problems because it says oops every time I try. I can't disconnect it without going in the app & turning it off, then back on & off again. Then it will just come on whenever it's not supposed to. It's basically doing whatever it wants & I'm gonna have to uninstall it

I have sent 3 emails on how to cancel the free trial period and I got no response. I finally just uninstalled it. I hope I do not get charged because I tried to reach out but email. I could not find a number for customer Service and no one has responded to the 3emails I sent. This is very poor customer service and do not appreciate not being able to contact anyone for assistance let a long give the correct directions to cancel the trial PERIOD.
