The sensitivity of the game is weak. It always causes me to miss words when I had thought I traded them. Can't move to fast, you'll miss to many.

I haved LOVED this game for YEARS....until now. For the last week, I can't play. Maybe once every couple days I'm able to play 1 turn on an event then the game glitches AGAIN!! I still get notifications but when I log into the game it lists empty games and won't let me play rugular games or get into my team play, or anything else. What The Heck?!?! This STINKS!!!

I've played this game for years and it has become complete garbage. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS RIPOFF GAME. I bought "boosters" that do absolutely nothing...NOTHING! The bonuses you get for using a booster is no different than playing without them. Just a complete ripoff and scam. These developers should be tossed from the play store. What a joke.

So all of sudden the game doesn't recognize common words anymore. Every word I choose it doesn't work. Doesn't make any sense

I have been playing this game for at least 8yrs and really used to love it. I don't know what's happened recently but I can no longer connect with FB. I get an error message that says "app not set up. This app is still in development mode and you do not have access to it..." My FB profile pic no longer shows nor does the opponents. In fact no profile pics show. The game also freezes constantly and I get a black screen and have to completely close out & go back in. Please fix. It's quite annoying

It USED to be a great game. Played it a lot. But lately it won't even open on my phone. It was glitchy before ... now just crashes. I'm up to date on my version ... it just one day refused to go past the splash page. Sigh.

This used to be a five star game, but the glitches make it nearly impossible to play.🤷♂️ These glitches occur on a daily basis now, which make it no longer fun to play. Please bring this game back to it's original luster!

I just gave up. It has now been a month with the last horrible update and the developers obviously have no plans to fix the glitches. Playing has become a source of frustration. There is no logical reason for me to continue to allow Ruzzle to monetize my data and they will not bother to make the app enjoyable.

The game was fine when I first installed it, but it now glitches towards the end of every game so the traces lag and don't create the words I'm trying to make. Even Uninstaller and reinstalled, but didn't fix the issue.
