Paid and now doesn't work. Use to log in with Facebook. Now it doesn't do a thing. Tells me my email doesn't exist. So all of my history is gone. Don't waste your money.

I too am having issues with the auto pause. It doesn't resume automatically after a short stop. Had I not had my Cat Eye cyclometer I would be drastically reporting the true number of miles I have ridden. The auto pause feature worked perfectly on my previous phone, a Droid Turbo running an Android 6.0.1 But when I upgraded to the Pixel 2 XL running Android 9 and checked the auto pause, this feature no longer works. Come on guys, let's get this fixed. UPDATE : July 25, 2019 : After reading some of the other comments I went to runtastic's website. It has a series of fixes that one should try if you are having GPS drops and auto pause malfunctions as I, and others did. What I discovered was that my OS, Android 9 has an app "battery optimizing" feature, which is nothing more than marketing speak for, restrict the app's usability. Once you unrestrict the app, it functions as it should. So, I took 2 rides and had no GPS drops, and I know it is right because I compared the app's mileage with my cyclometer and it matched. Then I activated the auto pause and it worked perfectly. Total mileage matched and the number of minutes paused recorded.

Used to work fine. But today it was not the case, i cannot login and reset to change password seems also to fail. Try to create a new user, it says the server is under maintenance. As a paid app, you should do it better. To make it even, serious, if Adidas really took over this app they also need to do something about it.
Twins Rule
Good as a route map you can either create your own route or use ones created by other users. Finding bicycle routes in your current area requires a low learning curve. However, it is a shame that the app is not really compatible with Runtastic Speed and Cadence Sensor, very very difficult to connect. You must be lucky each ride for the app to connect to both sensors and function properly. Most of the times it will show either your speed or cadence only or none at all. Note that my Runtastic Speed and Cadence Sensor functions well with other cycling apps e.g. Ride With GPS that will connect to both speed and cadence sensors without any problems.

The app is OK, keep the historic and it is also available through their website. Easy overview of older activities (per month/year, etc). The main problem is with their graph/analysis of the data which is bugged for a long time (used to have a Samsung A5, now with an LG V30 the situation is the same). The activity graph is reporting random high spikes in speed that really shouldn't be there, making the "max speed" statistic (very fun over-wise) completely useless. As well as stops (as for waiting at red-lights) are causing a serious trouble in the graph. Also last version (3.6.2) crashes every time i try to open the "privacy" in the settings menu. :)

For me, much more cooler app than famous Strava (which monthly subscription I just don't understand)! I love this app! One little bug I found in the current version: changing units system to metrics, is not saving after app restart. The rest is just perfect, good work, devs! Feature request: please allow to change app's settings after activity started: especially keep display on. Thanks!

Taken down without warning by an unresponsive developer. The app itself was excellent when it worked, but one is no longer able to login & any data already recorded cannot be accessed. A paid-for app taken away without justification or compensation: in the real world that's called theft.

Great app although I'm having trouble logging in through Google. I've tried closing the app, restarting my phone, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still I'm left unable to login. The screen just loads and loads with no progress being made.

The app just does not work. I swiped through the initial screens at first startup and then it starts loading, forever. I left it overnight and it still did not load the app, which cannot be right. Please fix this, I really enjoy using Runtastic apps. If it's of any use, I am running Android 7.0, EMUI 5.0.4, Huawei Honor 8.

It stopped working, not able to log me in, keeps sending me back to the log in screen, they should have said it is good only for a year, there is no refund or upgrade available, a total waist of money, stay away from this app. What a scam
